Casa de Graña da Acea

The house is located within Natural Park Fragas do Eume de Monfero, in A Coruña. Everything that surrounds the house is nature with a river, mountains, meadows and a large green valley.

It is a house isolated on the mountain built in the seventeenth century but now fully rehabilitated. It has 9 rooms:

• 6 standard
• 3 specials

Standard rooms can have a double bed or 2 singles. The beds are dressed and they have their pillows. The decor is country style, they have a large wooden wardrobe and the bedside tables come with their lamp. The colors of the walls are showy blue, pink and pastel; which contrasts with the dark wood furniture.

Inside the rooms there is also a wooden table with armchair included. All have a full bathroom with toiletries included. To the rooms you can add an extra bed at the request of the guest.

The special rooms are the most spacious of the accommodation, have stone walls respecting the first construction and have views towards the forests and valleys that surround the place. The bed is double and guests have the possibility of renting an extra bed. The beds come dressed and with your pillow menu.

They have a small lounge with 2 seats of the 50s and a table for coffee very flirtatious. They also have their own private bathroom.

In the hotel we can find several rooms, one of them with fireplace. They are warm spaces like the rest of the hotel, since has heating in all rooms. In the living rooms there are enough sofas, armchairs and butracas to feel comfortable at all times. All accommodation has internet access.

The dining room is spacious and we serve meals with products made in the area.

The halls have access and exit to several areas of the X outdoor garden. In this area you can perform any kind of outdoor activities and celebrations. You can walk through the great expanses of nature to the surroundings.

The accommodation is located Parque Natural Fragas do Eume in A Coruña, in the town of Monfero, A Coruña. This park is located on the bank of the River Eume, a place with a great biodiversity where oak trees coexist, the most common tree, with a great variety of plants.

Thanks to its humid climate and in certain dark areas, you can see a wide variety of amphibians throughout the park. This can be explored on foot or by mountain bike. The location is privileged because the Galician coast is half an hour away by car. There you can perform a wide variety of water activities or simply enjoy the water.

In Monfero is located in impressive Monastery, whose origins date back to the 10th century. Some historical towns such as Pontedeume or Betanzos are very close. In addition, access to large cities such as Lugo, Santiago or La Coruña is simple.
