Casa de La Gloria

Our rural house, recently built, is settled in the municipality of clear sources, which belongs to Teruel.

Built in stone and totally heated, the house is completely rented. It has a capacity for 6 people, although if necessary they could be incorporated 2 supplementary beds in larger rooms.

With dimensions of 120m2, the house is divided into 2 plants distributed in the following rooms:

A room divided into a dining area, with table and wood chairs. And a rest area equipped with television and chimney of firewood, in addition to comfortable sofas and armchairs in which to relax. The sofas are placed in front of the fireplace so that nothing heat is lost.

wide and very bright cuisine that has a table for 6 people and chairs to make the most of the stay. It is organized through cabinets and drawers, and has appliances such as hobs or oven, among other electrical apparatus.

3 double bedrooms. 2 of them with individual beds and exit to a balcony, and a third with a marriage bed. All the bedrooms are furnished with bedside tables, mirror and wooden headboards.

3 bathrooms complete, equipped with shower and screen plate, and the rest of health accessories.

Outside the rural house there is a beautiful garden, that gives the rear, in which you can enjoy a day of barbecue. This is built in the porch area, so even if it rains it can be used. Right next door, a table with chairs and a battery is placed to wash the kitchen utensils.

Located in the Jiloca region, Clear Fuentes refers to its name. The streets of this quiet town are plagued from Fuentes, and many are the springs and rivers close to the municipality.

Of enormous tourist attraction is the celebration of the medieval parties in the middle of February. 

Another municipality of enormous interest is peracense. It houses inside one of the most relevant medieval castles that are preserved in the Autonomous Community. Like Calamocha, with unique feudal houses and a Roman catwalk inside.

Gastronomy lovers will enjoy as never before the Saffron Museum in Monreal del Campo, or cultivate about the ancestry and historical evolution of wine.
