Casa de La Gloria

Our rural house, recently built, is located in the municipality of Fuentes Claras, which belongs to Teruel.

Built in stone and fully heated, the house rents completely. It has a capacity for 6 people, although if necessary they could incorporate 2 extra beds in the larger rooms.

With dimensions of 120m2, the house is divided into 2 floors distributed in the following rooms:

A room divided into dining area, with table and chairs in wood. And a rest area equipped with TV and fireplace de firewood, plus comfortable sofas and armchairs in which to relax. The sofas are placed in front of the fireplace so you do not miss any heat.

Large and bright kitchen that has a table for 6 people and chairs to make the most of the stay. It is organized by cabinets and drawers, and has appliances such as a ceramic hob or oven, among other electrical appliances.

3 double bedrooms. 2 of them with single beds and exit to a balcony, and a third with a double bed. All bedrooms are furnished with bedside tables, mirror and wooden headboards.

3 bathrooms completos, equipped with shower tray and screen, and the rest of sanitary accessories.

Outside the house there is a nice garden, that overlooks the back, where you can enjoy a day of barbecue. This is built in the porch area, so although rain may be used. Right next to it, there is a table with chairs and a sink to wash the kitchen utensils.

Located in the District of Jiloca, Fuentes Claras refers to its name. The streets of this quiet town are full of fountains, and many are the springs and rivers next to the municipality.

Of enormous tourist attraction is the celebration of the medieval festivities in the middle of the month of February.

Another municipality of enormous interest is Peracense. Alberga inside one of the most important medieval castles that are preserved in the autonomous community. Like Calamocha, with unique feudal mansions and a Roman catwalk inside.

Gastronomy lovers will enjoy the Museo del Azafrán in Monreal del Campo like never before, or cultivate on the ancestry and historical evolution of the came.
