Casa de la Viña

Our rural house is located in a private estate on the outskirts of the village of Pedroso de Acim, 5 minutes by car from this. It is located in full dehesa extremeña, with an important load of nature in its surroundings due to the valley of Alagón y also to be within the National Park of Monfragüe. An idyllic place to come with friends or family to enjoy the tranquility without bothering or being bothered by any neighbor.

The accommodation is in a farm with 2 houses, that is, this and another. Each of them has an occupation of 6 people, being able to rent both and reach the maximum capacity of 12 seats.

Inside the house we offer all kinds of features and services in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Therefore, we have:

• Heating and air conditioning, since it is very important to reach a comfortable temperature both in summer and in winter.
• Wi-Fi Connection so you can continue updating your profiles and using the internet.

Divided in 2 floors we find nothing more than a lobby that will welcome you, .

A large kitchen fully equipped with appliances and household items necessary to eat. It has an oven, washing machine, dishwasher and ceramic hob besides appliances as a coffee machine. It is composed by several cabinets that store all the usual tools in this room.

Living room with TV, fireplace y dining table in a very bright space due to the large window we have. The sofas are spacious and are very close to these windows and the table.

3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Of these, one will be on the ground floor and the other 2 will be integrated into the 2 rooms on the upper floor. Just as we have a lobby when entering the house, we also have a distributor on the top floor.

So that you do not have to fill your suitcases with too much load, we offer you linen and towel sets for both bedrooms and bathrooms.

Outside you will enjoy a huge garden, perfect to go out and watch the sunrise, sunset or contemplate the stars. In addition, you can enjoy a relaxing bath in the pool to refresh yourself from the hot summer afternoons.

Pedroso de Acim is completely surrounded by a dehesa Extremaduraña. Thus, you can enjoy the tranquility during the day, the natural views and the silence to sleep deeply during the night.

A couple of kilometers away is the Monastery of El Palancar, where you can discover beautiful corners, both inside the building and outside it.

But, above all, we offer you a natural and very rich and important wildlife environment with the Monfragüe Natural Park, located half an hour by car. There are about 300 species of animals and, hopefully, you can photograph some of the most demanded such as the lynx, the black vultures or the imperial eagles.
