Rural house that we describe here is in the population of Montemayor de Pililla, in the province of Valladolid.

It is a large large dimensions to go with family or friends and wants to offer the necessary comfort to all tenants who visit us, to make your stay as pleasant

Our house has a capacity for 11 people, distributed all in the two floors of the house. The house is equipped with hot water and heating.

The first floor consists of:

• A living-dining room rustic style with a large table in the center de the room to enjoy meals. In addition there are 2 comfortable sofas to rest while enjoying a movie on the TV.

• On this same floor is the kitchen , fully equipped, also has a table to eat.
• A double room con 2 single beds, with bathroom inside (with r bed matt and towels included) complete the first floor of this house.

On the second floor there is:

• 4 double bedrooms with single beds, so there is a total of 8 beds. In addition 2 of the rooms have their own bathroom. Each room is decorated in different ways and includes sheets and blankets. The bathrooms are spacious and we put at your disposal towels limpias.

In the outside of the house there is a large patio that has garden furniture, tables and chairs to be able to enjoy the nice barbecue that we have. Our house is linked to the rest of the houses that we have through a patio for what is, precisely this, the most animated point of the house as you can match other tenants who are also enjoying a pleasant vacation.

We are in the village Montemayor de Pililla, south of Valladolid. It belongs to the denominated Natural Region of the Land of Pinares, whose nature is quite rich in pines, mainly the stone pine from which the pine nuts come.

Walking through our town you can notice the fact that almost all of their houses are built in stone. The kindness of the people and wide range of activities are an important claim. Our house is in the center of the village, so you have easy access to all the stores in the area.

Around the town we have two pretty routes: Route of Montevalduero, it is known by this name by the union of Monte and Valle around the Douro River, and Route of the Reaper. Recommended for lovers of hiking and for those who want to enjoy the forests and nature outdoors.

If you prefer to go for a walk in a big city, you will have to go to Valladolid which is only 31 kilometers away so it will not take you long to drive. Here you can enjoy the views in its Plaza Mayor, which has the honor of being the first rectangular square that was made in Spain and which served as inspiration for the main squares of Madrid and Salamanca.
