Casa de Petra - El Cerro

House of Petra is a nice complex formed by 3 houses that are in the municipality of Vadillo, in Soria. Undoubtedly the most surprising thing is the tranquility that is breathed in the area in which we are located, so if you are looking to disconnect from the noise of the big city, this is your site.

Cerro is one of the houses that make up our cozy group of accommodations. With a typical brick facade and in white tones, the views offered by all the rooms are unparalleled, nature in its purest state. We are in an area of ​​ easy access so you can come in your own vehicle and leave it at the same door of the establishment.

Once inside you will find a house decorated in an elegant way, with a rustic look but always combined with the modern touch. The first thing we find is a great living room, which is also dining room as well. An area formed by several sofas and a TV set, perfect for reading or maintaining pleasant conversations, while another area has a large table so that everyone can eat together. Surrounded by windows, the whole room has a perfect luminosity.

The next stay that we found right out of the living room, is the kitchen. Rectangular, all furniture is white, with touches of black. Large cabinets where all the accessories, the tableware and the cutlery. In addition the appliances basics and necessary to prepare a good delicacy. You have available a table right there in case you prefer to eat in this estancia.

We have a total of 3 rooms. One of them consists of 2 single beds while the other 2 are occupied by a double bed each one of them. In all you will find sheets and blankets to spare if you are cold and need them. In the same way you have enough furniture, cabinets among others, where you can organize all your belongings and the clothes of your trip. They are colorful and cheerful bedrooms, in short, very cozy and perfect for relaxation.

Finally, there is , a very complete bathroom in which you will find a sink, a toilet and a shower with curtain. You also have all the accessories you need and drawers to store them.

Vadillo is a small town that belongs to Burgo de Osma, in Soria. Highlight of its cultural heritage the presence of the parish Our Lady of Nativity, dates from the seventeenth century and is located on the outskirts of the village on top of a peak. Surrounded by forests plagued with pine trees, without a doubt the landscape that this beautiful town offers us is very cozy.

The Parque Natural del Río Lobos is the enclave par excellence of the province of Soria and we have it very close. The Lobo River becomes the protagonist of this great place where you can enjoy the lookouts there are and make routes that will take you to the top of the mountains where we find the hermitage of San Bartolomé.

Less than 20 kilometers away we arrive at Calatañazor, a very magical town whose main street is home to all the little houses, typical Soria stone, and that at the top of that street houses its main square. Its famous castle, dating from the fourteenth century is undoubtedly one of the most popular. Although it does not remain completely standing, you can see certain details of Arabic style in the remains of its facade.
