This spectacular house is located in Navarredonda De Gredos, a municipality belonging to the province of Ávila.

It has a capacity for 6 people, and can accommodate more visitors in an extra bed. It has all the comforts desired by clients to spend pleasant moments. It has two floors.

The façade of the house presents a structure in stone, turning it into a typical rural house. Its balconies and wooden doors give a rustic and charming touch to the place.

At the entrance we can enjoy a beautiful terrace, with furniture and chairs to rest and admire the impressive surroundings.

Inside, we have a large living room, where we can relax in the warm atmosphere offered by the fireplace, ideal for the winter months. They feature comfortable sofas, large windows and wooden floors. Also, its details such as vessels and flowers give a harmonious touch to the space. The clay floor and pine wood add charm to the house.

The equipped kitchen,, is stocked with all the complete utensils necessary to prepare meals. It also presents quality appliances, essential for proper use and, above all, visitor comfort. There, we will also enjoy the dining room to taste delicious meals.

The rooms have great space and maximum comfort, each with full bathroom, which has towels and toiletries. In addition, they have television, to tune in to your favorite series, closets to house your belongings, tables and lamps with antique-style details. They are comfortable, with good lighting and bright colors that harmonize the space.

The house has central heating and extensive facilities.

In the outer zone we have:

• Large garden, which presents loungers and chairs for relaxing. Full of vegetation, there you can contemplate the beautiful views.

• barbecue, ideal for getting together and preparing delicious dishes.

Do you like to contemplate the starry sky?, walk through a century-old pine forest?, take a mountain route, climb or cross-country ski? Bathing in the river in summer, riding a horse or bike, picking mushrooms, watching birds?

If so, in Gredos you will find all that and much more. At the house we provide you with information and contacts about the different activities that can be practiced., one and a half km from the house, it was the first in Spain) so it has numerous services (gas station, ATM, 24-hour medical center, pharmacies, shops, civil guard, restaurants, etc.) and several active tourism with extensive experience.

We are in the middle of nature, in a Regional park, so the possibilities of practicing hiking are many and there are conveniently signposted routes as well as the possibility of hiring a guide if the chosen route is mountain. The Tormes River is born here, in Navarredonda de Gredos, and the Alberche a few kilometers away, visiting the place of birth are some route options in addition to the Laguna Grande, among many others.

If you want to contemplate a starry sky you will have a privileged place because Gredos is a Starlight Reserve,, that is, a place with great quality for observation. It is one of the 19 Reserves in Spain and the only one in Castilla y León. In addition to the numerous star viewpoints in the area, the house has an astronomical observatory in the garden equipped with a telescope, educational material and more than 50 astrophotographs. In the cold months, during the sessions, clients have blankets, a radiator and are offered warm homemade chocolate.

Visit churches, civil architecture (forges, laundries, bridges...) and especially the Roman road, in Puerto del Pico, about 13 km away, the walls of Ávila (61 km away), the Villa de Mombeltrán castle, are a good alternative to discover the architecture of the area leisure alternative. In Gredos we also have activity companies that organize horse riding routes, bicycle routes and tree adventure parks. And if it is autumn you can hire a mycological guide.

If you are looking for something quieter, you can do bird watching from a hide less than a kilometer at the Hostal Almanzor, as Gredos offers great ornithological wealth. 4 km away is the Aguas de Gredos rural spa, in case you fancy an even more relaxed stay.
