Casa del Tenao

Between Avila and Madrid, just over an hour away, we found this home of modern style but inside of a rural environment.
Designed with a variety of materials such as the blackboard, ña stone in its facades, wood for furniture, etc. Here we will find the ideal place to spend some good days surrounded by nature y without having to move many kilometers away from the city.

This house is part of a small complex of 2 houses united through an interior courtyard. They are rented independently and both belong to Abuela Benita.

This apartment in particular has a maximum capacity of 12 people. The house divided into 4 bedrooms -situated on the top floor- with 2 beds individual en each, which also has its own bathroom. The other 4 people go in extra beds.

In all the rooms there are fitted wardrobes and wooden furniture, all of them selected to obtain a design and an environment full of light.

On the ground floor we find a living room with fireplace and a toilet to facilitate the comfort of the tenants. You can also enjoy the library with information about the area, a living area with television with DVD, music team and a large collection of games for you to spend your free time.

You can have the kitchen, where there is also a TV, and which is fully equipped:

• Ceramic hob.
• Oven.
• Microwave oven.
• Dishwasher.
• Refrigerator.
• Extractor hood.
• Washing machine.
• Domestic utensils.

Already on the outside of the house there is a large garden with barbecue, where to make some good grilled meat (or some vegetables) and a bar.

At your disposal there are food and dinner services.

And, finally, if you like to travel with your mascots, to this house you can come with them!

At less than 100 kilometers from Madrid we find the town of Cebreros, although it belongs to the province of Ávila.

Here you can enjoy nice rides por your forests pine, juniper, cypresses ... and meet with animals in freedom as the wildcat, hares, squirrels, in addition to the typical reptiles like the lizards that so fast they hide when they see us.

You can enjoy a good swim in the municipal pool after a game of tennis on the court or a good bike ride. And for the little ones besides these, there are dedicated activities for them.

If we go up to the upper area of ​​the town you can see large areas dedicated to the vineyards, where 3 types of grape are grown: the Garnacha mainly, Albillo and Tempranillo and where wineries stand out as Quexigal.

In the town they presume to be the place where Adolfo Suárez was born , and he and the transition have dedicated a museum to him. In this population of about 3000 inhabitants, we also find the satellite tracking station.
