Casa del Ullo

Our rural accommodation is located in the Asturian village of Marentes. It is a completely restored rural house but as you will see it preserves the old elements of the cobblestone facade. It is designed for 7 people and structured in 3 plants.

It has 3 trisqueles, which guarantees its quality and habitability. Something fabulous about it are the views of Ibias River and al Saline Grandes Marsh.

The rural house follows the following distribution:

In total there are 4 bedrooms double. 2 of them are furnished with double beds and decorative elements such as trunks, tables, tables or chairs. Another room is double but with 2 single beds and the last room has single bed. In addition, each of them has its own bathroom.

One of the common spaces that you can find is a living room that has sofas, a space with fireplace y television y a dining area in which there is a table with chairs. The living room has several red sofas and stairs to the upper floors. If you like reading, you can take the bookstore books and sit down and relax for as long as you want.

The kitchen is quite spacious and has appliances such as ceramic hob, fridge, oven and microwave. It is arranged in the shape of an L, with the appliances and cabinets in front of a small side table, which you can use to eat or work.

The second and third floors have balconies, being covered el of the third floor and discovered el of the second floor. In addition, there is a garden on the outside with grass, where you will not miss a table with chairs so you can eat or dine.

Attached to the house is a complex-museum that houses a hórreo, y inside you can see the old looms. In addition, there is a space dedicated to an old stone oven and a wood stove.

The municipality of Marentes is a quiet town on the border between Lugo and Asturias. Here you can visit:

All of them are old constructions of different centuries and Romanesque style. They have tried to conserve because they give beauty to the people. In addition, thanks to its location you will find a range of different gastronomic possibilities.

Only 12 km away is Negueira. It is a Galician green lung. Like Carballido, where you can walk through forests and riverbanks.
