Casa do Cancelo

This rural accommodation is located in the interior of the province of La Coruña, specifically in the village of Cabana de Bergantiños.

It is a house with rustic furniture that is characterized by using stone and wood, both in its exterior facade and in the interior rooms. Despite having been reinstated , we wanted to preserve characteristic elements such as wooden beams on white roofs, to avoid losing its original essence.

It has 2 spacious rooms with double beds, and their respective bedside tables. In addition, it is possible to incorporate a complementary bed, in case you are 6 people. There is a well-equipped common bathroom with shower and in which is the washing machine.

The living room and kitchen share the same space, separated by a practical cobbled American bar. In the living room, you will find a wood burning fireplace in one corner, a XX The kitchen, on the other hand, is small and includes a microwave.

The exterior gives way to a garden that has grass and scattered trees whose shade you can take advantage of to protect you from the high temperatures without giving up the beauty of the environment. There is also a curious laundry, memory of a bygone era.

The rooms maintain a pleasant temperature thanks to the heating. You will also have the facility to park your vehicle in the parking area.

Bed linen is included during the stay.

The Costa da Morte is 10 minutes away. There are many nearby beaches where you can go as a family to enjoy a summer day. We recommend the beaches of Laxe, San Pedro-Cabana and Rebordelos, all of them very paradisiacal.

You can also enter the Refugio de Verde, where there are some stone houses and a bridge. The Dombate Dolmen or the road to Torres do Allo are also other tourist alternatives.

In addition, we invite you to try barnacles and the famous Galician stew, typical in Galicia, a community of great gastronomic wealth.
