Between the nature of the mountains and valleys of Leon, somewhat hidden from the noise of the world, in the still unknown village of Arnado, the stone and the wood grew between the trees to build a beautiful home that fits perfectly into the surroundings and the mountain style of the area in which is found.

120 years ago, a family of farmers found rest in it, and today you can do it, thanks to the restoration that we have made of it, in which we have kept to the maximum its original structure in walls, floors and roof, Â thus providing homage to style and more pure rural tradition of the area.

• In its spacious interior spaces can accommodate up to 7 people, comfortably distributed in 2 floors independent. In addition, we make available to our customers the annex building to the house, former chapel, where today you can enjoy large banquets to the heat of fire.
  • In the interior of the apartment, when accessing it, you will find a spacious kitchen with dining table in the center and a large wardrobe, and a large room, in addition to a pantry where food can be stored under the best conditions.
    • The kitchen, which can be accessed from outside, is fully equipped. We have arranged in it a modern plate where to cook, in addition to a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a large oven strong> and a microwave. Among the spacious cupboards you will find a more than tableware between a cozy tableware and kitchen linen, which can be washed in the washing machine practice which is also in the room.
      • Through a door you access the lounge, where there are several large sofas around a beautiful trunk and an ark old, enclosing entertaining and carefully selected collections of board games to enjoy as a family, as well as some books. On a wall is the television, of which you can enjoy under the comfortable heat of the fireplace.
        • On the main floor, through a long wooden corridor, typical of the architecture of the area, you will find 3 bedrooms of the apartment. 2 of them are marriage, and the other has 2 single beds. Despite this small difference, everyone enjoys a great amplitude and lighting, thanks to the windows through which you can access the > large terrace, in addition to a varied and detailed furniture, between which there are large closets, nice bedside tables with lamps , carpets and chairs or benches, all carved in wood and under the heat of radiators.
          • In all rooms, in addition to a carefully selected bedding, there are bathrooms fully equipped with comfortable sinks, showers and toilets, strong> that have hot and cold running water, lots light and towels for all our guests. Finally, the house also stands out for a nice outdoor porch, that we have furnished with a table and 2 seats so that our guests can enjoy the < typical products of the area in the purer air, while listening to the singing of the owls, the sparrows or nightingales by Arnaldo.

The small and little-known town of Arnado is located on land leonesas, not far from the border of Castilla y León con Galicia. Although small, their lands are very fertile, which favors the agriculture, thanks to the passage through them river Selmo and Arroyo Rebelo.

From Arnado, precisely, is where a route begins, old road of cars, between the nature of the I Valley of Rebolo, that culminates in the peak Motouto, at 1,600 meters above sea level, in the limit between the provinces of Lugo, Orense and León. In its wake, adventurers will encounter species such as birch, chestnut, alder, oak and ash, which grow on the banks of the stream, and among which live species such as robins, wrens, wolves or myths.

At the beginning of the trail, there is a nice bread oven, flown over by the sparrows, nightingales, owls and little owls who find in Arnado the perfect place to set up their home. Along the route, beautiful wooden bridges, some remains of mills, green meadows, cabins where live and still live the shepherds that remain in these lands and an ancient foundry of the 15th century, Val do Rebolo.
