This rural house is located in the village of Aguas de Busot, known by locals as Aigües, belonging to the autonomous community of Valencia, which uniting its small population and the special environment in which it is, create an environment, which together with the characteristics of the house, unmatched.

The facade of the house, of 2 floors, is built with materials typical of the area, such as the bare stone in the lower part of its walls, which mixes with the intense orange tone, filling it with great vitality.

Inside, and with a maximum capacity for 4 people, the rooms are as described below:

• A large area in which join the most important rooms and those that we share with ours, a kitchen fully planned with all the necessary utensils and appliances next to a table with chairs that serves as XX next to a fireplace painted in white.

• 2 double bedrooms with double beds, decorated with white walls and ceilings in electric blue color, leaving a greater importance to the beauty of the headboards so original that crown the beds as well as giving a feeling of great luminosidad.

• A full bathroom, with towel set and shower.

• A toilet, on the lower floor, completely accommodated to the needs of our guests, with sanitary in perfect condition.

This rural house is located in the village of Aigües, more commonly known as Aguas de Busot, belonging to the community of Valencia, with a population that surpasses by a little 1000 inhabitants, having the tranquility that we are looking for but also movement in its streets and squares.

Within the town itself we have incredible enclaves to visit, while we marvel at the beauty of the streets and houses, such as Castillo de Santa Bárbara, which is watching the town from a high mountain rock, or the Cathedral of San Nicolás, building with blue domes and geometric shapes.

Being within walking distance, we can visit places like the beautiful city of Alicante, immerse ourselves in the crystal clear waters of the island of Tabarca, considered marine reserve nature l, or delve into the impressive Caves of Canelobre, in which its stalactites and stalagmites create imposing shapes and figures.

We propose two completely opposite plans, on the one hand and for those who enjoy relaxation and tranquility, they can come to spend a wonderful day at beach, while those who love adventures and supernatural experiences, we invite you, if you dare, to one of the most enchanted places of our country, Preventory, huge building with a gloomy atmosphere in which there is said to be more paranormal activity.
