Casa El Altero

In the Villa de Codo, belonging to the province of Zaragoza, we find this original house of the eighteenth century and old dependence of the Monastery of Rueda.

With all the necessary equipment and decorated with care, the house has been recently enabled preserving the architectural features of the environment, using materials such as wrought iron, stone, mudéjar brick and wood both in its structure and in the furniture.

It consists of 4 full bathrooms and 5 large rooms, 3 of them with double beds and the other 2 with single beds. There is the possibility of incorporating an extra bed or a cot. In addition the house has 2 sofa-beds.

Bed linen and towels are made available to the visitor during the entire stay.

The vitroceramic cooker is fully equipped, and the living room is a spacious and cozy, with comfortable sofas from where to watch TV as well as a table with capacity for 15 people.

There is room for reading in El Altero, since the house has a small library, as well as a collection of games and toys for the little ones. XX
It also has 2 terraces for different uses. One of them with barbecue brick where you can taste the products of the region on the grill. The other conducive to sunbathing and contemplate the views of the horizon.

In the Region Aragonesa de Campo de Belchite, sits the agricultural village of Elbow. Famous for its Denomination of Origin oil as well as for the castle ruins.

Bird lovers can visit The Ornithological Reserve of El Planerón or La Lomaza.

Another municipality of great interest for being the place where Goya was born is Fuendetodos. They will be able to visit their native house and walk through its streets where they will find statues in honor of the painter.

Intact are the ruins of the old Belchite. Historic village destroyed during the Civil War in the battle that bears his name. A trip in time that will not leave you indifferent.
