Casa El Barranco

Our rural house is located in the heart of Sierra de Gredos , away from the nearest town, Navaluenga, people belonging to la Leon Avila community. Their spectacular surroundings and the separation of stressful life provide us with a unique experience that we will surely want to repeat.

The facade is made of stone and wood, both visible and typical local materials, and divided into 2 levels , housing described here, at the top, completely isolated from the lower portion.

With a maximum capacity for 8 people, the stays are as follows:

• A kitchen countertop whose L-shaped, decorated in black and red, is packed with all utensils and appliances we need for our comodidad.

• Un huge hall, decorated with animal motifs and hunting, in which 3 large sofas surround una large fireplace and beauty, accompanied by a wooden table and sillas.

• Un dining in which we have a table with chairs and a sliding bench in which to eat lunch on the light emanating from the fireplace .

• Una en cozy living room we find a record player of great antiquity and sofas, ideal for rest area and lectura.

• 4 double bedrooms, having single beds y one bed, all decorated in the same line as the rest of the house, helping our comfort with cabinets and occasional furniture in which to unpack and forget about the day of return.

• 2 bathrooms equipped con shower and toilets in perfect condition, taking as an extra set of towels el.

As common areas and share with the rest of the houses we have a wide range within nuestro garden with goalposts to play al football, una huge barbecue, built of stone and roofed in which we can make great dishes with the typical rural flavor that brings the firewood.

To all this the opportunity to take a dip in the pool great, shared with the other 2 houses adds with forming the complejo.

Within the complex we also have a restaurant area with tents de en which we can celebrate holidays and make normal use of the restaurant.

Navaluenga is an environment conducive to enjoy authentic rural tourism in tune with nature. This corner on the outskirts of the walled city of Avila is ideal for practicing activities such as hiking, cycling routes and even quads.

But also, the geographical situation of the town allows us to visit a host of tourist attractions, such as:

• Natural Reserve of Valle Iruelas: 6,000 hectares of nature and more than 200 different animal species, with dominion of the black vulture and the imperial eagle.

• Sierra de Gredos: lagoons, gorges and gargallos are cited in favor of a granite wall of great relief, importance and beauty landscape.

• Hermitage of the Virgen del Espino: place of frequent pilgrimage. Enchanted by the nature that surrounds it.
