Casa El Gurrión

This rural house is located in the municipality of Lécera. It is a building of new construction, with stone facade, has 3 floors and a capacity for 10 people, so it is perfect for families or large groups.

The house has a total ed 6 bedrooms, of which 2 are suite, others 2 of marriage and the other 2 individual.

• The 2 suite bedrooms have, each, with a own bathroom.
• The 2 rooms with double bed and the 2 with single bed inside contain bedside tables with their respective lamps.

The first floor has no bedrooms, because here are the main common rooms, such as the living room, a bathroom, a kitchen and a small terrace, where you can make use of the barbecue.

The living room includes a TV with DVD, several sofas and a long table so that 10 people can sit. The sofas and armchairs are upholstered in leather and in the center there is a coffee table.

The kitchen, very new and well equipped, has appliances like oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, hob and washing machine. It is arranged in the shape of an L. In the longest part of the hall that forms it there is a table, against the wall, with a couple of banquets. On the opposite wall there are several cupboards and drawers that store crockery, utensils and others.

On the outside of the house there is a terrace where we have located the barbecue and a table with chairs.

The old Belchite is a well-known ghost town. After the Civil War it was totally destroyed and abandoned, but nowadays the ruins that remain as well as the vehicles and urban furnishings that survived the bombings are kept.

Beside him, the new Belchite has been built, where people who fled from the old inhabit.

Zaragoza capital is just over 50 km away. It is known that it is the city of the wind and that the river Ebro la crosses, leaving aside the old town and the other, the new one.
