Our rural house is an accommodation located on the Alicante Mediterranean coast, in the municipality of Jávea. It has 1,400 m2 of farm and a capacity for 6 people.
The facade of the building stands out for the native stone lining on its walls and on the outer floor.
We have a Finca delimited and totally fenced, where you can enjoy the native vegetation and the tranquility of this area. In addition, you can refresh in the pool with which the rural house has. In the barbecue you will have the opportunity to prepare good barbecue. The grass and fruit trees zone has a 600 m2 surface. Both terraces, both the exterior and the roof, are furnished.
Inside the house you will find the following rooms:
- a living room. For the days of sun and heat you can sit in the living area, since we have furnished it with several armchairs from where you can see the pool. For the cold moments you can sit to the shelter of the chimney on the sofas and seats next to it. When eating time you can sit at the table in the dining area, or eat on the front terrace, under the awning.
- A kitchen totally equipped and decorated with wooden furniture. From it you can access the outer terrace. We have furnished the kitchen with a built -in cupboard, which keeps all the necessary utensils, as well as with different cabinets and drawers; And we have equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and hob. The devices of small appliance that we put at your disposal are: toaster, coffee maker, iron, microwave and iron with its corresponding table. There is washing machine and dryer on the posterior porch.
- We have 3 double bedrooms. 2 of them are with marriage bed while the other, with 2 individual beds. They are very wide and bright thanks to the windows and each of them is decorated with a different color. One of the rooms has television and can be added a cradle for baby.
- There is a bathroom and a toilet. The bathroom has a Roman shower dish and both are equipped with medicine cabinet, hygiene products, hair dryer and bath clothes.
