The house is located in the municipality of Trasmonte Hills just over an hour from Valladolid. It also takes the same time to cross the border with Portugal and go to the city of Salamanca.

It has a capacity for 4 people for that reason, we believe that the accommodation is perfect for a family, couples, etc.

The house consists of 2 bedrooms double:

• A bedroom with a double bed.
• A bedroom with 2 separate separate beds.

Both rooms have large windows that provide a lot of natural light.

On the lower floor is the lounge. It is a spacious dining room. The kitchen and this room are in the same integrated space.

The living room is equipped with television, sofa bed and a large dining table, perfect to enjoy any type of meal or dinner. X
The kitchen, American style, comes fully equipped:

• Kitchenware

In the outside you can enjoy outdoors thanks to a large patio and a porch, both with garden furniture and with a barbecue ideal for all kinds of grills enjoying the climate of the area.

In the case of coming with children or babies you have the possibility to order crib o bars of safety for the stairs.

The house is located in the village of Trasmonte Hills. It is a place that is 10 km from Benavente, another town zamorano.

If you stay in this accommodation you can enjoy a wonderful natural setting and its most relevant monument, the church of San Juan Bautista of great artistic beauty.

Close to this town you can visit Benavente, city belonging to Zamora with great tourist attraction due to the number of places of interest that comprise it:

• Church of San Juan del Mercado with great iconographic works.
