- 3 bedrooms, 2 of them double with two twin single beds and the other smaller one with only one bed also single. All the rooms have exterior projection and have either large windows or good-sized glass doors, which guarantee abundant natural lighting during most of the day.
- The room is a spacious and bright room in which a set of dining room for 6 people has been arranged. Next to the stairs of access to the upper floor there is a comfortable triplet from which you can enjoy moments of audiovisual leisure on the panoramic television that rests on the cabinet that occupies the entire side wall.
- The kitchen is fully equipped as far as appliances are concerned, in addition to the fact that in it we can find a large selection of household items. Y As a detail to take into account for those more gourmets when preparing food, it should be noted that the stoves are fueled with gas.
- The house has 2 full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower cabin. There is also a toilet as an alternative for hygienic use.
- Leaving from the back of the house to the outside, we find a charming garden covered with grass, which gives way to a small tiled porch on which a couple of sun loungers have been arranged as a small solarium.

On the shores of the sea, in the Gulf of Roses, we can visit the Ruins of Ampuries, one of the important commercial colonies of the Mediterranean in different historical periods. In this beautiful enclave where we have the opportunity to walk over almost 3000 years of history, we can find the oldest Greek city ,, dating from the 6th century BC. and the subsequent Roman extension belonging to several different periods, reaching the end of the empire that we can appreciate in a paleo-Christian basilica .
The site, of which only a part seems to have been discovered, which would mean around 25%, is managed by the Archaeological Museum of Catalonia, in which a short presentation is made, informative materials are made available to the visitor and expose remains of small openwork.
Not far from L´Escala, in the town of Torroella de Montgrí, we can take a short but very pleasant hiking route that goes from the very heart of the town to ascend to a promontory about 300 meters above sea level, crowned by the Castell de Montgrí, an old medieval fortress from the 13th century that is quite well preserved today to the point that it retains its battlements, from which we can have the most incredible interior views of the entire Empordà plain.
