Casa Eufemia

This rural house is located in the municipality of Priego de Córdoba. It has a capacity for 14 people and has 2 floors, for more space and comfort.

This rural accommodation respects the architectural characteristics of Andalusian. Its walls are white and thick, the best insulation for the heat of the Andalusian summer and maintain a comfortable temperature in winter. It also uses the native stone as a decorative element.

Outside we have a patio decorado with plants and flowers and delimited with fences of iron forjado. At the entrance we have arranged an area of ​​ parking for you.

The back is reserved for the great pool privada from on a spectacular views to the whole mountain and surrounded by a beautiful garden, that is fully equipped with furniture. Annex to the pool we find a nice porch covered with barbecue so that you can enjoy a banquet in group.

Inside the house you will find a cozy living room furnished with armchairs where you can relax around the fire of the chimney. This whole room is decorated in the Andalusian style where stone, wood and plant are protagonists. If you are looking for calm, the living room with fireplace is ideal, where tranquility will be your companion.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and tableware. It is decorated with granite countertops and dark wood furniture. It has an oven, 4 gas burners, dishwasher, etc.

In total there are 7 double rooms. Each of them is decorated in a different way, but at the same time they contain common elements. The space is the main feature of the rooms. 2 of the rooms are on the ground floor, the 5 rooms on the top floor have details in their stone walls and exposed wooden beams. They can be equipped with 2 single beds or with a double bed. In addition, one of the double rooms can be fitted with a crib for babies.

Of the 3 bathrooms in the building, one is located on the lower floor, while the other 2 are on the second floor. They have shower tray and towels.

The village of Priego de Córboda is the typical Andalusian village, where patio, flowers and water are present in streets and houses. It is worth walking through the Calle Mayor under the pots that are cared for by their neighbors.

• The Balcony of the Adarve is a natural viewpoint with a panoramic view of the entire environment. A part there are 3 sources, whose characteristics is that they never stop pouring water.
• The King's Fountain. It was built in the baroque period, during the 19th century.
• The Castillo árabe. It is an old fortress that houses several towers, one of which has a cylindrical shape.

To the north you will find the Subbéticas Saws. The mountains and valleys have been building this beautiful Natural Park. Here you can have fun with its waterfalls, birds and other terrestrial animals and an enormous floral biodiversity.
