The house is located in the municipality of Navas de Riofrío, a Segovian town, at the foot of the Sierra de Guadarrama National Park.
It has a capacity for 14 people and has 6 rooms divided into 2 floors and an outdoor area of ​​more than 1,000 meters.
One of the bedrooms is a Suite with a double bed. The room also has a dressing room and access to the terrace of the house. It also has a private bathroom with hydromassage bathtub. From the terrace you can glimpse the Sierra de Guadarrama.

The rest of the rooms are doubles, some with a double bed and the others with 2 single beds together and / or separated. They all have a walk-in closet, and some share a terrace between them.
The house has a spacious living room with a French fireplace. Next to it there is a worktop where the music equipment is located. Just behind the sofas there is built a bar counter with stools, and very close to the door to the garden. Going up a couple of steps we come to a dining room where the library and a large dining table are located.

The kitchen is equipped with an electrical appliance such as a ceramic hob, washing machine, oven, etc., and with electrical appliances such as a toaster, blender, juicer, etc. It also has a refrigerator with ice dispenser. The kitchen is "divided" by a countertop that protrudes right next to the refrigerator.
Both the living room and the kitchen have access to the garden through a porch that has barbecue, gazebo and seats to enjoy any meal outdoors. Outside you can also enjoy a fenced pool in a wooded garden and a private parking.

The town is also very close to other emblematic places of Segovia such as La Granja de san Ildefonso, where the Jews are typical and where you can visit the palace or the garden areas with fountains.
Or Valsaín, which also belongs to the Real Sitio de San Ildefonso. It has numerous wooded depths, and as monuments to visit the ruins or the interior bathing areas.
