Casa Fontanals

Our rural house is located in the Barcelonian municipality of Pla del Penedès. It is an old farmhouse dating from 1928, was renovated in 1985. The house has terrace, garden, barbecue, and outdoor spaces to enjoy.

This rural house has 400 m. distributed in 3 floors and is designed to host up to 10 guests.

On the ground floor will find a garage a multipurpose room y a toilet. The garage has the capacity to protect 4 vehicles. In the game room you can from sit down to rest up to competitions of billiards. In addition, in e l landscaped outdoor there is a barbecue y functional kitchen area with outdoor dining and everything under a large porch to enjoy the outside, but llueva.

On the first floor:

• The living room. In it you will find central heating or air conditioning, as appropriate, plasma television, a table and several sofas. In the dining area is where the large table, several cupboards and a cupboard. It also has views and access to the terrace.

• The kitchen, with wooden doors, including kitchen and electric oven, double sink, dishwasher and microwave, among other appliances, and another table on which to eat. In the numerous cabinets that are arranged throughout the room you will find the necessary tools and utensils.

• Laundry. It is a room attached to the kitchen. In it you can put a washing machine and iron, because it has the indispensable for these things.

• 3 rooms. One is a single room, while the other 2 doubles, una of them with king bed and the other with 2 single beds. All of them have different furniture, for example comfortable, symphonies, shelves, drawers and headboards made of wood or wrought iron.

• The bathroom of this floor you will love, has a bathtub oval, a besides the rest of toilets. The sink is supported by a wooden cabinet, which will allow you to store your personal belongings.

• There is also a toilet on this floor.

• A terrace. The views from here are spectacular, and we have also conditioned it with sun loungers, tables and chairs, although there is also a covered spaceX.

On the second floor you will find:

• 2 rooms. Both are dormer, but one is double with separate beds, and the other is triple , also with twin beds. All of them are perfectly furnished and have fitted wardrobes, so as not to steal space.

• A bathroom. It also has sloping ceilings and highlights its huge countertop on which the sink is held.

• Solarium, about 9 m.

In addition, there is heating y air conditioning throughout the home.

En Pla del Penedès you can visit the surroundings of its Romanesque church. During the Carnival season we celebrated a party that you will not find anywhere else. It involves roasting a slice of bread along with salted sardines in large bonfires provided by the municipality. People come from many places and it's fun and picturesque ..

You can also make an excursion to Villafranca del Penedès, where there is a Basilica, but the best known of this municipality is the cava. At the end of August we celebrated a party, popular nationally, where the gunpowder is one of the main guests. From our house you can make visits to several and very different wineries where fantastic cavas are made and also excellent wines.

A little further away is Barcelona. It is remarkable everything in itself. The Boquería, with its posts full of color, taste and smell; the facades designed by Gaudí, go shopping, visit important museums, beaches, good restaurants etc.etc. We also have very close the beaches of Vilanova, Sitges, Tarragona, Port Aventura .......

Tarragona is a city with a beautiful beach, promenades and numerous cathedrals. You can visit the Roman amphitheater which, in addition to being a beauty in itself, has views of the sea.
