Casa Grande - La Casa de las Lilas

The House of Lilacs is a beautiful complex which is composed of 3 houses and is located in a small village in Zamora. The first house that we present to you is the main one and the biggest one we have, in fact its name makes it clear, La Casa Grande.

Its stone façade invites you to enter a house that has the most complete services and with all possible comforts so that all your group of friends or your whole family is of real luxury. The rural surroundings and the rustic details blend perfectly with modern and contemporary styles.

We wanted to maintain the original structure, so we should highlight the brick floors. Highlights in the cozy living room that has several sofas in brown tones that are located around a small table. In addition there is a fireplace to be able to acclimate to your liking the area and that thus you do not pass anything of cold.

Acceding through the living room we arrive at the kitchen which is also a pleasant dining room. It has all appliances perfectly integrated with the furniture, which gives an air of uniformity and a touch of elegance to the room. The dining table is spacious, that way we get all the guests to eat at the same time.

There are 5 bedrooms scattered throughout the house. Rooms already prepared with sheets and blankets and that are ready for rest. All have furniture, such as cupboards and tables, which are perfect to place all the clothes and accessories you bring on the trip. The rooms are distributed as follows:

• A double bed in the bedroom with garden view. It has a very romantic air thanks to its careful decoration in white tones and details of flowers. There is the possibility of installing a crib if necessary.
  • Bedroom with 2 single beds that is decorated in red tones and that is very classic thanks to details such as metal headboards. It is a fairly large room and has a carpet at the foot of a chair and wardrobe.
    • Another bedroom with 2 individual beds and that is decorated with lighter tones, always with a very elegant touch, plays with white and lilac.
      • Room with 2 double beds located one opposite the other and separated by curtains that we have sewn by hand. Highlight the antique sink that we have placed in decorative mode. There is also a nice sofa bed with 2 beds included.
        • In the attic is the last of the rooms with double bed. It is very special due to the area of ??the house where it is located and which also has some wooden ceilings that give a perfect touch. All bedding is in light colors to create a more elegant air. It has a beautiful old sewing machine that decorates a wooden desk.
          All bedrooms have their own bathroom included so privacy is greater. They are decorated according to the bedroom in which they are. They stand out for their elegance and the old tiles used. They have a sink, toilet and a comfortable shower. You also have cabinets and shelves to place beauty products.
          
          On the outside of the house we have a nice garden with small tables and chairs that will allow you to hold outdoor meetings, you can also make use of the barbecue and prepare delicious delicacies in very good company. Also note the presence of a game room that is only for this house, it is very complete for both the small and the not so small. It has sofas where you can have fun with board games, a TV for multimedia games, pool table and ping pong and a dartboard. In addition we also have these same mini-game tables for children and a multitude of toys.
          
          To access the house you will not have any difficulty as it is perfectly paved and you can also do it in your own car and park it at the door.

The town of Zamora in which we find ourselves receives the name of Santa Clara de Avedillo. We are lucky to be in an area where you can make interesting tourist routes for everything that surrounds us. Inside the town we highlight the Church Our Lady of the Assumption that is of Romanesque style although inside you can see certain gothic details.

If we decide to approach the province of Zamora we will discover the Romanesque city par excellence. Undoubtedly your cathedral is the most important monument. It dates from the 12th century and has a dome full of details and which is done in a meticulous way. The amount of churches that there is in the capital makes think the artistic wealth of which Zamora is endowed. For example, we recommend visiting the church La Horta o Santa María la Nueva. But not only of religious architecture the city is plagued, among its civil monuments we have a great casillo and its walls that are from the 11th century. Another characteristic characteristic of this beautiful city is the passage of the River Duero for her and that we can appreciate it from her bridge.
