Casa Grande- Sapillo

Our rural house is located within a complex of rural houses at south of Albacete. The houses have a total capacity of 14 people, and being inside the complex, it has a large fenced farm . In addition to the farm area, the house has an outdoor area with a barbecue.
The squares of the house are divided as follows:

• 1 double bedroom with double bed.
• 4 double bedrooms with 2 single beds.
• 2 double sofa beds located in the living room area.

All the bedrooms are very spacious, so we have placed side tables, lamps and chairs so that there is no empty space. The ceilings are made of wood, and those of the rooms on the upper floor have sloping ceilings.
The house, which is accessed through a large entrance hall, has a fully equipped kitchen. Decorated with wooden furniture, it is traditional in style but with all the modern comforts. Refrigerator, hob, dishwasher and oven are the appliances that you will find.
The living room, in addition to housing the 2 sofa beds, has a small side table, and in addition to the fireplace, in this room there is a wood heater, that distributes the heat throughout the house. In the same space, the dining area is located, with a wooden table and chairs.
The house also has 2 full bathrooms, each of them with a large and comfortable shower.
On the outside of the house there is a porch built, where the barbecue is located, together with a marble table, that provides greater comfort to enjoy meals outdoors.
This house, within a rural complex, also has a huge outdoor space, full of trees and shrubs where you can walk.
As an added attraction, we manage the reserve of a hunting ground in the neighboring town, to enjoy the sport, or to help the training of their hunting dogs.
It can be rented together with our other country house.

Nerpio is an Albacete town steeped in history, and surrounded by a unique natural setting. prehistoric remains have been found, mainly cave paintings.

Being places like the Shelter of the Hoz, Viñuela, the Idols or the Sabinares places where some of these remains are located. The most important cave in terms of the quality of the paintings, is the Solana de Covachas, where there are human paintings of people practicing hunting.
Nerpio is surrounded by typically Castilian landscapes, such as the Natural Reserve of Sierra de las Cabras and Sierra del Segura, 2 places where different plant and animal species grow, some even in danger of extinction.
