Regarding the capacity of the house, it is for a maximum of 9 people who will be able to enjoy the following stays that we detail below:
- A large entrance hall-distributor from where you access the dining room and from there you go directly to the spacious and cozy living room with fireplace.
- From the hall, there is also access to the first bathroom (green) and also to the charming kitchen, which in turn opens directly to the dining room through a beautiful office window.
- With access from the hall and through an arch, you can reach the living room,, which divides several rooms in which we find, among other elements, the fireplace in front of some comfortable sofas. In addition, you can disconnect in a rest or reading area, whatever you prefer, and enjoy a pleasant meal at the dining table or have a great time thanks to the games that we have.
- At the entrance you will find the staircase that leads to the upper floor, where you will find 3 large bedrooms, very cozy and located on the upper floor, where you will find a double bed or beds individual, where you will be able to enjoy all the comforts and the best rest. In addition, they have functional furniture and bedding. X
- On this upper floor,, there is also a second complete bathroom, decorated in blue. X

My name is Sagrario. My brothers and I are owners of this beautiful and cozy family house in Cubillas de Santa Marta, the town where our mother was born.
We keep great and happy memories of long seasons and summers we spent here together.
We now put our house at your disposal so that you can enjoy some very special days in a rural environment but with all the comforts and very close to capitals of Castilian provinces as interesting and historical as Valladolid and Palencia, both just 15mn from Cubillas de Santa Marten.
What the owner pinpoints on the property
Our house is typically Castilian, very cozy, bright and fully equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It is in the heart of the town, in the square next to the Church.
Of course, the house is at your disposal in its entirety, obviously assuming that it will be treated with sufficient and due respect. We made an inventory of the contents of the house and we will ask you for a deposit at the entrance that we will return to you when your stay ends.
We do not admit animals unless they are necessary justified by a personal situation (guide dogs)
We would not like smoking inside the house. Please do it outside the house in the beautiful town square.
