This rural house is located in the small Navarrese town of sada, a quiet corner surrounded by mountains and meadows that will contribute to give the peace and peace of mind you need. It is a stone building that follows the rural architecture of the area and respects the natural materials of stone and wood.

Built in 2 plants, this house is totally adapted for people with reduced mobility and has capacity for 1 0 people. The house is distributed in the following rooms:

• 4 bedrooms all of them with 2 individual beds decorated each in one color. Some of these bedrooms have a balcony that allows you to contemplate the views of the environment. We can also provide 2 supplementary beds.

• 4 bathrooms all integrated into the rooms and one of them adapted for people with reduced mobility.

• A living room furnished with sofas and leather seats in which to rest in front of the chimney while watching a movie on the television or reads a book of the library. In addition, you have a dining table to make meals and play board games.

• A kitchen small but fully equipped with everything you need to help the cooking process more comfortable. It is an independent stay, furnished with white lacquered cabinets and that has appliances as an oven, microwave, etc.

• A gallery glazed from which to contemplate the beautiful views of the environment.

• A small inner courtyard with furnished wood platform with tables and exterior chairs in which to enjoy outdoor breakfasts, umbrellas to be fresh at any time of the day and a well that gives it a romantic touch.

• A elevator so as not to have any problem when climbing the second floor and to go to the house with wheelchairs and baby carts.

sada is a small town of 172 inhabitants located in the Merindad Navarra de Sangüesa that was built on the banks of the Roman road that communicated Liédena with Eslava. Near Sada is huarte, a small city where its town hall, which exceeds the towers of the Churches of the peoples as a symbol that political power is superior to the religious.

In the same Merindad, the Sierra de Leyre is located, in which you can find the Foz de Lumbier, a canyon struck by the Irati River in the limestone rock of the Leyre mountains. 

Near this area is Sangüesa, a city that houses a large number of palaces and monuments. One of these palaces is that of the Prince of Viana, a medieval palace that was used as a defensive fortification. After the conquest of Navarra it was used to stay to the Castilian troops and then suffered a progressive deterioration. Nowadays the defensive wing is preserved with the crenellated towers.
