Casa Iserena

This rural accommodation is composed of 2 apartments, located in the village of Azanza, in Navarra. They occupy the ground floor and the top floor of the same building of exposed stone, with a construction very typical of rural areas.

In its facade the wooden windows and flat stones that border, as well as the wooden gate doors type 2 burguete appreciated. Next to it there is an old well, which has been closed but which is maintained to preserve the essence of the place.

From here we see a patio with access to the garden and some stairs, decorated with pots of red geraniums, that lead to the terrace. This is common for 2 apartments, which in total can accommodate up to 28 people , and which will find a picnic table y several hammocks para lie to enjoy some sun navarro.

From this terrace you will be able to appreciate incredible views of Azanza, which will transmit absolute peace and make you rest as soon as you see it.

And just below this terrace, otra of the common areas for the apartments: the game room. One of the favorite places for both children and adults, because here is a great ping-pong a football y various board games. There are also several sofas next to a fireplace.

Outside the house there is also a barbecue area where apetecerá will prepare delicious grilled dishes with a little bacon, ribs and chorizo. You will have everything delicious and you can enjoy it well on the terrace or in another of the outdoor tables that are next to it.

Already inside the house we access a large hall, decorated with antique furniture, such as the chest of drawers or wooden chairs. From this same material are the exposed beams that are on the roof.

From here you can access the first of the apartments, and also go up the stairs to the second. Both have a capacity for 12 tenants hasta and have 5 bedrooms, in which you can add 2 extra beds hasta. Both apartments have kitchen, living room y 2 bathrooms completos.

To the east is the beautiful Natural Park of Urbasa-Andía, and to the north of this the Natural Park of Aralar. Southwest is the Alloz reservoir, with its range of water sports. Going further south, it reaches the Camino de Santiago with two outstanding villages, Estella and Puente la Reina, with its huge medieval bridge crossing the Arga River and, near which, is the octagonal hermitage of Eunate. From here you can go up to the city of Pamplona with its wide range of cultural, tourist, gastronomic, parks and services of all kinds. Towards the northeast of Azanza we can enter the idyllic Valley of Ultzama, full of forests and meadows, after visiting the magnificent oak grove of the Forest of Orgi.

AZANZA

Azanza is located in Valley of Goñi, surrounded by a series of mountains of the Sierra de Sarbil, and in an area of ​​transition between the extensive and soft Ribera and the mountain area of ​​the Pyrenees, allowing you to enjoy nature diverse with Atlantic and Mediterranean climates. Some facades with shields of the XVII-XVIII centuries are conserved. There is a gothic tower of sillarejo that has a geminated window with pointed arches. It is also remarkable a noble building of the seventeenth century, carved in ashlar with two baroque shields of the eighteenth century. The parish is from the beginning of the 13th century, protogothic and with the appearance of strength; the apse and the doorway are Gothic, from the 14th century, with a baroque portico, and the tower is from the 13th century, with a spiral staircase dating from 1575. Located in the heart of nature, you can go hiking or water sports from the Adanza of Alloz or make cultural visits to Pamplona or Estella.
