Casa Juliana I

This rural house lifts its walls in the village of Ustés, located in the province of Navarra and very close to Pirineo Navarro.

In spite of having many years of antiquity, the house was rehabilitated in 2013 to improve its conditions and give you better service. Has a capacity of a maximum of 6 people and is perfect for sharing with friends or family because of its proximity to the mountain can enjoy a few days of fresh air in one of the most beautiful places in Spain.

It is in a stone building de 3 floors, being a part of the last one another independent house is also designed to house more guests.

The house, arranged between the second and third floor is formed by:

• a kitchen located on the first floor that features all appliances necesarios so do not be that preoucparos for nothing and you feel at your own home. Marble countertop and cabinets in gray tones that keep all the household items necessary for cooking.

• The dining room is in the same space as the living room, also on the first floor of the house. A wooden round table ideal to enjoy a family dinner. A large wooden cabinet stores the necessary crockery for those special meals. From the ceiling, characterized by its wooden beams, hang 2 large lamps that illuminate the room. 2 sofas with several seats are arranged in front of the flat television and the fireplace.

• 3 double domes located on the upper floor, one of them with 2 single beds and the remaining bedrooms have a double bed in each of them.

• 2 full bathrooms, one of them located on the first floor, has bathtub allowing you to relax while taking a bath, and the other has a shower. Both bathrooms are equipped with all necessary toiletries, as well as hair dryer and towels.

On ground floor of the house is a space known as txoko, it is a shared stay para the 2 houses that make up the building and has a capacity for 15 people. A common space that offers a equipped kitchen to prepare food for a large number of diners giving also the possibility to sit all together to eat thanks to the large table surrounded by several chairs.

It also has large sofas located in front of a fireplace, perfect for cold days. Finally, a bathroom complete with shower serves also to all guests of both casas.

El outdoor house is one of the most beautiful areas of the same, the garden. An area of ​​ stone and lawn very careful that invites you to spend the free time of the day. In addition, it has a large barbecue to share by the guests of the entire building. A arbor located among leafy trees becomes the ideal place to meet in good company.

The rural house is located at Ustés, one of the 3 towns that make up El Almiradillo de Navascués, belonging to the province of Navarra.

Ustés is a few kilometers from La Selva de Irati, this is a beech-wood that has many routes to discover the flora and fauna that surrounds this well-known spot in Europe.

To 15 kilometers the town is the Monastery of Leyre, considered one of the most important in Spain due to its history and its architectural characteristics. An ideal place to visit with the family.
