This rural house is part of a building built in stone and is located at Ustas, a village in the province of Navarra characterized by the environment in which it is located.

With a capacity for a maximum of 6 people, it becomes the perfect accommodation to enjoy with family or friends due to the large number of activities that can be done in the environment of it, adapted to both adults and children .
A perfect occasion to enjoy a few days breathing fresh air and discovering one of the most beautiful areas of the Iberian Peninsula.

The house is located inside a 3-floor building and is located on the third floor of the building. It consists of the following stays:

• A spacious kitchen fully equipped with all the appliances needed to feel like in your own home. ceramic hob for cooking and a marble countertop. dishwasher to avoid having to scrub by hand and that you can enjoy to the fullest of your stay without losing any time. The household is placed inside the drawers and small cupboards that form the kitchen.

• A dining room consisting of a wooden table with chairs for several diners and 2 large sofas together with a armchair que la living room. In addition, a flat television and a fireplace put the final touch to this room dedicated to relaxation and rest. From the living room there is access to the kitchen.

• 3 double bedrooms, one of them has a comfortable double bed m while in the remaining bedrooms there are 2 single beds in each of them. These rooms are large and well lit thanks to the placement of the windows with respect to the sun. Account, also, with cabinets ample so that guests can place all your belongings.

• 2 full bathrooms that put at your disposal all the toilet products necessary, as well as hair dryer in each of them and towels. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub, perfect for relaxing in the bath time, while the other has shower dish.

On the ground floor of the building is the space known as Txoko, a shared stay for all the guests of the building and that has a capacity for 15 people. 2 large sofas located in front of a television and a fireplace make this space the ideal place to meet at the end of the day and relax in front of the fire.

This beautiful country house belongs to Ustés, a town of 20 inhabitants located in the province of Navarra and very close to the Navarre Pyrenees and the Irati Forest.

Ustés welcomes you with a stone bridge from the 19th century. With regard to the monuments to visit in this small town, it is worth knowing Church because of the colors of its ceiling, of Gothic style.

The location of this wonderful village allows visitors to access different dream landscapes in just a few minutes of travel. Just 15 kilometers away is the village of Roncal, known for its typical architecture of the houses of the Pyrenees.
