This rural house lifts its walls in the municipality of Frías de Albarracín, a town located in the province of Teruel and a few kilometers from the Serrania de Cuenca >.

It is an accommodation that has been renovated a few years ago but has retained the original structure of the building in a way that respects the natural environment in which it is located.

The house has the ability to give shelter to a maximum of 10 people, so it is intended for groups of friends or families who decide to put aside the routine and go into one of the places most beautiful of the Iberian peninsula, characterized by the Sierra de Albarracín and its mountains.

The accommodation puts at the disposal of the guests all the comforts and facilities so that they feel at home and can enjoy a perfect stay.

• The kitchen, with white and blue tiles, is complete and fully equipped. Of rustic style, in which the central table stands out in wood, ideal for those breakfasts or fast dinners without many complications and with the advantage of having all the utensils of the kitchen at your fingertips. White countertop, matching the other appliances, including a corner with 4 fires to make delicious dishes . A large wooden furniture located in one of the areas of this space is responsible for keeping the household items, the cutlery and crockery necessary to supply all tenants.
  • The dining room, located in the same space as the living room, is made up of a wooden table with several chairs around it. Walls painted in yellow in which different paintings are arranged. Ceilings with wooden beams that are responsible for holding a lamp that illuminates the room when the day falls.Â
    • The living room is composed of 2 sofas with several seats so that all the guests have their place to rest and relax. In the center, a small wooden table on which a decorative element is supported. A television with DVD is presented as a perfect audiovisual alternative for all movie lovers. In addition, family reunions in the lounge can be accompanied by the melody coming from a modern music team with 2 large speakers. For cold seasons, a fireplace will warm the room.
      • 4 double bedrooms, 3 of them are composed of a double bed inside, while the remaining room has 2 single beds In addition, there is the possibility of adding a maximum of 2 extra beds if the tenants need them. The characteristics of these rooms are similar, based on a rustic decoration that combines wooden furniture with windows and ceilings formed by beams of the same material. 2 of the bedrooms are located on the last floor of the house, located, therefore, in the attic of the house, characterized by its sloping roofs. All bedrooms have a wardrobe so that tenants can store all their luggage without space problems. One of the rooms is clearly familiar since it has a crib available for babies in the house.
        • 2 bathrooms, one of which is a toilet. They are complete and make body care products and towels available to guests. Â Spaces that look up to the last detail in their decoration. The exterior of the house is composed of a small garden that combines the stone floor with a lawn area. A table with several chairs around it is located next to the barbecue, giving the tenants the possibility of having a special meal outdoors while breathing the fresh air from the mountain range.

Within the province of Teruel is the village of Frías de Albarracín, responsible for hosting this rural house characterized by being located in one of the most privileged environments in Spain. The municipality of Frías de Albarracín is not too big but has several places of interest for all visitors to the area, such as the Church of the Assumption or the Hermitage of San Roque, among others. In addition, through the streets of the town there are different houses with architectural and cultural importance.
