This beautiful house, of typical Asturian style, is located in the town of Sames, in a mountain area with amazing views, ideal to discover the environment that surrounds it, as well as its culture and its friendly people .

This accommodation, from full rental, which is located within the urban area, has all the comforts, surrounded by peace and tranquility so that you can enjoy a stay where you can disconnect from the daily routine.
In the interior has a living room with several comfortable sofas and a beautiful wooden cabinet, which has the television to entertain you with your companions watching your favorite program .

Next to the living room, we will find the kitchen, fully equipped with all the appliances and household items you may need. In addition, it also has a dining table with chairs for several people.
In the upper part of the house we will find the two rooms, one with two single beds that has a large antique-style wooden cabinet, in which to place your belongings.
The second bedroom has a large double bed, also with a large wooden cabinet. It has an exit that leads to the balcony of the house where you can enjoy beautiful views every day when you wake up.
The accommodation has two bathrooms, one complete with a bathtub, and another toilet with a shower, which includes towels available to guests.
In the outdoor area you can enjoy a terrace area that has several tables and chairs, especially on summer afternoons while you contemplate incredible views. In addition, as a decorative element, the accommodation has a spectacular very well preserved wooden granary, which are very typical of Asturian culture.
As services, it has heating and hot water.

Although it does not have its own parking, in the surroundings of the house there is a large space where you can park your vehicle.
If you are traveling with your pet, you must plan your trip, since, unfortunately, we do not accept animals.
