Casa La Nutria

The rural accommodation La Nutria is located in the south of Spain, in the province of Seville englobado within the municipality of Cazalla de la Sierra, where the natural landscape is one of the rising values ​​of the area.

It is a small house of a plant designed for stays as a couple or with family; welcomes a total of 4 people who will enjoy all these stays:

• A common area where the lounge is located, surrounded by windows, illuminates its interior in which we have distributed a large sofa in orange tones that combines perfectly with the XX firewood you need to heat the house during the time you spend with us. In front of the sofa, a lounge table in soft wood and a small piece of furniture with the television.

• A open kitchen al lounge built with exposed brick that gives that rustic touch that makes La Nutria a picturesque accommodation. In addition, on this material sits a countertop in stoneware and a main window on the pile of the room. It has the small household appliances available daily and a dishwasher to make your stay easier. In addition, in the mornings and courtesy of the house, breakfast you have it insured with the typical products of the area.

• A small dining room that rather is a small wooden table located in the dining room with a couple of chairs where you can enjoy lunch in company. It also has a folding wing to increase its capacity and integrate chairs that are distributed throughout the room.

• 2 double bedrooms that follow the same decoration between rustic and romantic that is given by: its wooden beams on the ceiling and, on the beds, decorative mosquito nets that give the feeling of a fairytale room. In both you will find two single beds of 90 y, at the foot of these, a wicker trunk. Decorating the room, a gallant at night, a mirror and a small closet of a door to hang clothes.

• Un full bathroom that has everything you need for daily cleaning: toilets, washbasin and a shower with whirlpool column. It is a quite bright room, helped by the paint with which we have covered the walls, in light tones. At your disposal, also, several sets of towels.

Regarding the outdoor part of this accommodation, it starts on a private terrace with outdoor furniture that opens its panorama to a large common garden where barbecue available to guests and picnic area, under trees of the area, where you can taste the products you cook in it, with the natural views of the house.

The house is completed with private parking with enclosure and pool, surrounded by lawn and areas where you can lie down to enjoy the sun, both outdoors and indoors, on a small porch, for those less heat tolerant, than We have installed in this rural house.

In a natural environment favored by the relief that has the area of ​​the Natural Park of the Sierra Norte de Sevilla, La Nutria, is located in the municipality called Cazalla de la Sierra.

One of the areas with the greatest tourist offer in the south, both cultural tourism for the visit of monuments and buildings and the Church of Our Lady of Consolation, built seven centuries ago and currently in the process of reconstruction. One of the Christian worship temples that has the highest number of visits for the religious culture of this southern area, or for the number of brotherhoods that have their headquarters there.

As for the most natural tourism, one of the protagonists in the landscape of Cazalla de la Sierra is the Huéznar River, that waters the lands of this Sevillian area ending its journey in the Guadalquivir.
