Casa Las Eras II - Navaluenga

Our accommodation is in Ávila, in the Sierra de Gredos area, specifically in the municipality of Navaluenga.

The apartment has a capacity of 2 places, although there is a sofa bed that could accommodate more guests. It is on the second floor of the building to which it belongs, where Casa Las Eras I is also located.

The interior is very practical, but without losing the attractive .

The living room is a fundamental room in the house, as it has a special charm. It has some soft sofas placed in front of the wood-burning fireplace. However, what finishes giving it that hook are the large windows that function as a large viewpoint towards the garden. You can be resting on the sofa in the heat of the fire and enjoying the landscape and tranquility of the place. In addition, it continues to retain its functionality, since there is another area where the dining table.

This room is connected to the kitchen through a hole in the wall with a breakfast bar. In this way, from the kitchen you can very easily access the dining room and, even so, they remain separate rooms. There is l dishwasher, microwave, dishwasher, oven and extractor hood, everything necessary for the comfort of our guests.

Next is the bedroom: a beautiful attic room with a wooden ceiling. There is a double bed, a desk and an armchair. Through here, you access another essential piece of the accommodation: the balcony, from where you can appreciate a wonderful perspective every morning.

Inside the bedroom there is a full bathroom.

Outside, the house also has a lot to offer you. Use of the pool shared with the other house. A fantastic place to have a good time and disconnect. Furthermore, as it is shared with the other accommodation in the house, you will be able to meet people. There is also a large garden with lawn and decking area.

If you wish, you can bring your pet with you, since they are allowed in our rural house. I'm sure he loves the garden too.

Navaluenga is known for being in the middle of the Sierra de Gredos, more precisely in the part of the Valle del Alto Alberiche. Of course, the landscape is worth seeing and hiking is widely practiced in the area. You have several routes to travel, depending on your needs.

Our house is not in the town center, so you are away from the hustle and bustle, but maintaining the comfort of having the town just a few minutes away. In the town itself, apart from shops and leisure offers, you can visit its monuments. One of the busiest is the Romanesque bridge that spans the river. If you prefer something more historical, you can go to the Medieval Necropolis or the Nuestra Señora de los Villares church.

The Alberiche is the main river in the area. This is the most important flow that supplies the El Burguillo reservoir, very close to our accommodation.
