Casa Lobega I

The house is located at the foot of the mountain, en Santa María del Cerro in Segovia, right between Riaza Sickles Sickles and river Duratón.

The complex consists of 2 houses, one very close to the other, which can be rented together or independently.

The house is made of stone and wood, but it is fully renovated guaranteeing the comfort of our guests. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a very spacious living room.

The rooms are distributed in 2 double and 3 double. The matrimonials have an old style solid wood bed, which matches the whole environment. The beds come perfectly dressed and have a XX The dresser and the large bedside tables are made of dark wood, very elaborate and full of details. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a gas stove, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. In addition to the necessary utensils for the use of all our guests. The house also has a front garden and a semi-covered backyard with barbecue.

The house is located at Santa María del Cerro, in the province of Segovia. The town is about 60 inhabitants. The small town has a church of Romanesque origin very beautiful. The center of Segovia is just under an hour's drive away.

The Hoces del Río Duratón is a space where water sports can be practiced with ease. Also in winter you can ski at the nearby La Pinilla station.

Half an hour away is the Villa de Pedraza, a town of about 500 inhabitants where you can visit the Plaza Mayor, the Church of San Juan or the Castillo de Pedraza. The town of Ayllón is also very close to the house, the town's motto is "Ayllón, Historia y Arte" so it gives an idea of ​​what we can find.
