Exceptional house that is located in the municipality of Torre del Burgo, belonging to the province of Guadalajara.

It is a large house, 420 m2, which has a 12 guest capacity to which more places could be added in supplementary beds until reaching 19.

consists of 6 double rooms with two twin beds that are transformed into marriage or 2 individual beds.  All rooms are 17 m2 and bathroom full inside the room, which gives the accommodation of a great capacity to adapt to large groups and supplementary beds can be mounted in all rooms in different ways..

The building dates from 1802 but it only retains its functional structure and a small part of the outside, since its demolition was necessary, from which both furniture, woods, stones and some materials could be rescued.

About its interior you must know:

• The house has 3 broad rooms and comfortable that count each with their own kitchen fully equipped, with fireplace or pallet chimneys and also possess plasma and DVDs televisions. These rooms have two sofas areas of different capacity and areas equipped with dining table in wood.

• Regarding the bedrooms, as already mentioned, the house has 6 double marriage bedrooms or 2 separate beds, twin beds that make any group format square. All of them in a rustic marked style. Also note that on the ground floor we can find a room adapted to people with reduced mobility.

There is a great voteity of places to visit but we highlight:

The first the architectural remains of the monastery of Sopetrán and the hermitage of the same name, next to the town of Torre del Burgo, distributed among the municipalities of Torre del Burgo and Hita. Its origin dates back to the seventh century but the current structure belongs to the end of the 11th and 15th century.

The municipality of Trillo through which the Tajo River runs and stands out especially for its bridge over the river or its totally Renaissance parish church.

The wonderful municipality of Atienza plagued with very representative heritage, from Celtiberian deposits to an example of English gothic in Spain, stands out especially for its medieval layout.
