Exceptional housing that is located in the municipality of Torre del Burgo, belonging to the province of La Mancha Guadalajara. It is especially designed for large families with children or with elderly people, which is appreciated in its large meeting rooms and in its large number of rooms and extra beds available.

It is a large house that has a maximum capacity of 12 guests to which you could add more seats in extra beds until you reach 16. This capacity is distributed in 6 double rooms with bed marriage or with 2 beds twin, in which there is space for extra beds, lo that gives the accommodation a great ability to adapt to large groups.

The building dates from 1802 but only the exterior is conserved, since its demolition was necessary due to its condition, from which it was possible to rescue both furniture and some materials.

About your interiors you should know:

• The house has 3 large rooms y comfortable that have each with its own kitchen integrated fully equipped, with wood or pallet fireplaces and also have plasma televisions and DVDs. These lounges have sofas areas of different capacities and areas equipped with wooden dining table to facilitate the organization of meals.

• Regarding the bedrooms, as already mentioned, the house has 6 double double bedrooms or 2 beds that can be joined, all of them in a marked rustic style in which details of dark wood truncated and that are endowed from his own bathroom suite, of which one of them has a hot tub ideal for a relaxing bath and disconnect. Also note that on the ground floor we can find a room adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Regarding the installations in outside:

• Stands out the beautiful courtyard paved and fortified, where we can find a decorative fountain, lighting to enjoy it at night and a toilet.

• In addition, this patio is equipped with outdoor furniture as tables, benches and chairs, as well as a iron, to be able to organize lunches and dinners outdoors in the warmer months.

There is a great variety of places to visit but we highlight:

• The curious architectural remains of Sopetrán Monastery, next to the town of Torre del Burgo, but within the municipality of Hita. Its origin dates back to the seventh century but the current structure belongs to the late eleventh century.

• The municipality of Trillo through which flows the Tagus River and stands out especially for its bridge over the river or for its completely Renaissance parish church.

• The wonderful municipality of Atienza full of very representative heritage, from celtiberian sites to an example of English Gothic in Spain, stands out especially for its medieval layout.
