Beautiful house with large gardens and private parking area, terrace with views of the mountain and a capacity to accommodate 8 people visitors in the surroundings of the town of Carriles, belonging to the Council of Llanes, in the Principality from Asturias.

The facilities that guests of this accommodation can use and enjoy are the following:

• A huge living room,, as spacious as it is full of light thanks to the fact that two of its walls have exterior projection and which are almost completely filled by large windows. In this space we will find a comfortable chaise-longe as well as some individual armchairs oriented towards the center of attention of the room that jointly preside over the brick fireplace and the t large television that is installed next to it. In a corner of this same room, without walls or doors that separate it, we would find the dining room that has a table with a board of considerable proportions, around which 6 seats are arranged for its diners. Also in this case, the room enjoys abundant natural lighting as it is exposed to 2 exterior facades of the house.

• 4 double bedrooms, both by size and capacity, 2 of which have double beds, while the remaining 2 have a pair of single beds each. All the rooms would be exterior, some of them having their own terraces or access to a general that runs along a large part of the perimeter of the house.

• The kitchen, with a beautiful contemporary design in simple lines of minimalist geometry, is arranged in 2 different blocks of furniture, one of which integrates a fully equipped appliance and the other in which most of the the storage spaces within which a magnificent selection of household items is organized, one in front of the other. In addition, in this space, next to the door with direct access to the outside, is where we find a service table with several seats that make up a pleasant corner for breakfast.

• The house has 2 complete bathrooms, both with the basic set of toilets typical of a toilet, but one of them would have a modern design shower cabin, while the other has a bathtub closed by screens to avoid the splashes if used as shower .

Right on the outside edge of the living room we find a magnificent terrace covered with treated wood where a huge table has been arranged with a couple of benches and several chairs that make up a most pleasant covered outdoor gazebo.

At the rear of the property we find a large garden in which there is a children's playground with swings and in the spatial term closest to the façade of the house a built-in barbecue.

The access road to the farm extends the dimensions of its firm in front of the entrance to the house to offer a large parking space .

Just 4 minutes walking from the accommodation itself we find a tourist information point that offers us the observation of the nearby mountain range, peripunting the curiosities of each of its peaks, the Mirador de los Picos de Europa, gives us the knowledge necessary for this spectacular mountain range without having to make any effort in its ascent, although it may also urge us to do one of the multiple routes that run through it since not all of them are hard or require climbing preparation.

But if what we like is the coast, we have the opportunity to explore one of the most incredible natural enclaves in the area, which to top it off is only an hour and a half away on foot or 15 minutes by car. We are talking about the Gulpiyuri sandbank, which has been considered the smallest beach in the world. This is so given that the waters of the Cantabrian Sea slip under the rock walls of the cliffs that enclose this tiny bathing area 40 meters wide, which disappears at high tide.

Although if all of the above has seemed too calm to us, we can always move to the mouth of the Aguadamía river, on its eastern edge, on the outskirts of the town of Llames de Pría, where nature is shown in all its violence with contained power through the Buffoons of Pría, where we will see incredible explosions of sea water furrowing the air with each onslaught of the sea.
