If you are a large group or large family, this fantastic rural house in the quiet village of Pendueles is ideal for you. Its terrace has views of the mountains, the interior is full of amenities so that you can enjoy it to the fullest and the beaches will be your best allies in summer.


With a capacity for 13 people maximum, the house is divided into two different floors that follow a charming rustic style with the following rooms.


On the first floor:

• 3 Fantastic rooms to rest inside with good luminosity thanks to the light inlets that face the exterior landscape. They are large spaces built on parquet, which include closets where you can store your luggage, a simple decoration with landscape paintings and sometimes a television.

Bedroom 1: to share with the family, it has two single beds and one double bed. The best? It is surrounded by modern luxury, as it contains a very complete bathroom that even has a jacuzzi to enjoy among the bubbles. Do you want more comfort? It also has a hydromassage shower. Even more? Go out and get some fresh air on the terrace while you admire the beautiful surroundings.

Bedroom 2: includes a double bed perfect for sharing as a couple, and also has a private terrace that will help you disconnect from your own privacy.

Bedroom 3: is a double, with two single beds that have bedside tables with lamps on the sides in case you decide to read at night or have your essentials close at hand.

• A very complete bathroom and quite spacious so that you can relax comfortably under the shower and enjoy the utensils that we have left for the toilet.

On the ground floor:

• An independent kitchen awaits you here, which even has a washing machine in case you need it. The countertop extends close to the wall under a window that illuminates the ceramic hob area, containing the appropriate kitchenware with which to prepare delicious meals and a complete tableware for each of you. The appliances are varied, adapted to your needs, for example the oven and the coffee maker. In front there is a table for breakfast.

• A large room where there are another pair of dining rooms so that you can gather at the best time of the day: meal time. The after-dinner meal will be more fun with everyone there! It extends to the television area, surrounded by sofas on which you can chat or watch your favorite channels. It has fireplace, so in winter you will be protected from the cold.

• Also here you will find another room with two single beds. Following the same design as the rest, it also has an en-suite bathroom to have everything closer at hand.

• From the hall you can go out to the terrace, adapted with chill out  where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset surrounded by the tranquility of the countryside in the best company.

Without a doubt, something that differentiates us from the rest is the garden that surrounds the house. You will love walking through the grass that blends in with the wild vegetation and following the dirt path that leads to the outskirts of the property.

Between the countryside and nature, we are in the village of Pendueles, very close to Llanes. The tranquility that surrounds this town makes it perfect to go in search of relaxation and connection with the natural environment.

• In the surrounding area it is common to go for long walks along the marked routes, venture into the forests and discover the local flora and fauna. X

But the main protagonists are the beaches, small paradises where you can sunbathe on the sand and let yourself be carried by the Cantabrian sea breeze.
