Casa Mares

Surrounded by countryside landscapes, our fantastic rural house is located in the municipality of Pollença, a tourist town in Mallorca.
Its location is a privileged place to disconnect from the routine with your fellow travelers, since the house welcomes a total of six guests.
The outdoor area of the house is a spectacular space where, during good weather, you can enjoy a pleasant dinner at sunset under the gazebo with barbecue, or in the afternoons, soak with a good dip in the beautiful pool with waterfall. If someone is more about sunbathing than bathing, there is no problem, since around the pool numerous sun loungers are distributed, in the solarium, to relax on them.
Another outdoor space is the porch, equipped with furniture, and which leads to the interior of the house

First, we will find the living room, a pleasant bright space with a careful decoration, which consists of a pair of sofas, placed opposite each other, surrounding the television, and a little more in the side, a beautiful wood stove made of cast iron.
The dining area has a large table together with its chairs, giving way, from this space, to the interior of the kitchen, large, fully equipped , and with a central table as an office.

The upper floor of the house is made up of the rooms, which are divided into:

• 1 double room with double bed in which a bathroom is integrated equipped with shower.

• 2 double rooms with a pair of single beds, which share the second bathroom of the house that includes a large bathtub.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Pollença is located on the Mallorcan island, on the northwest coast.
It is a large municipality, and due to its proximity to our accommodation, we are going to tell you about one of its neighboring municipalities: Alcudia.

This town enjoys an old heritage still visible in its streets, that is why its urban area es Historic Artistic Complex, where it is worth highlighting its medieval walls, being able to walk what remains of them, along with some of the imposing doors that gave access to the interior of the walled enclosure.
In addition, Alcudia, also located on the coast, has wonderful beaches with turquoise waters where you can enjoy a pleasant day with your loved ones sheltered from the sea breeze.
