In the quiet Asturian town of Querúas, belonging to the Council of Valdés, is this traditional village house.

A special house, which preserves 2 traditional elements that today decorate many places in the area: the bread basket and the hórreo. The latter has been recently restored as it is about 350 years old, which makes it Asturias Artistic Heritage.

The porch that welcomes visitors communicates with the outdoor patio. A large area where you can park the vehicle and where children and adults will enjoy the garden and its multiple plantations and fruit trees. In summer it is a perfect place to sunbathe and enjoy the views of the area and the traditional elements that are still preserved in the garden, like the old bread basket and the hórreo.

Its 2 floors house 6 spacious rooms that share 3 bathrooms modern style and fully equipped, like the kitchen.

There is also a place for reading in a small room equipped with a table and chairs and large windows that face the outside. The space that was once for the traditional oven, today has become a cozy lounge, with high wooden ceilings and rustic furniture in which the fireplace could not miss.

If you want to spend a nice day at the beach, the Cadavedo is a good option. Its shell shape make it a small beach but ideal for families because of the tranquility of its waters.

For those who want to travel the area without having to go on foot or take the car, in the house we put at your disposal a service bicycles for all ages.

Next to the house is Luarca. Obligatory visit to one of the most beautiful villages in Spain, to visit the port, the lighthouse or the Palacio de la Moral.
