This rural house enjoys a wonderful volcanic environment, specifically in the municipality of Girona homonymous to the house.

This rural accommodation dates from eighteenth century, why we have restored, respecting the structure. Its wide walls isolate the interior of the house from the temperatures of the outside especially in the winter months. So cheer up, the house is ready to accommodate 8 people.

It is built on 2 floors and fits perfectly with the history of the town in the use of stone in one half of the facade, and in the other half, the stone is used as a decorative element in its reddish walls. It also stands out for the wood used in the balcony and in the lining of the windows in an attractive way.

The house is distributed as follows:

• It has a fully equipped kitchen. The ceilings of this room with vaulted and in its center there is a long dining table. As for the appliances, the kitchen has ceramic hob, oven and small appliances such as microwave, blender or toaster. In addition, we have equipped it with the cookware and other utensils. Detergent and rags and scourers are also included.

• A living room with comfortable sofas and TV. The seats that decorate it are of various colors, they are placed in front of a fireplace . In this same room there is also a coffee table and another dining table, in addition to the television.

• 3 bathrooms to share, 2 with shower and one of them with bathtub. In addition, because one of them is on the top floor, it is attic. In all of them we include the hair dryer and the toilet paper.

• It has 4 double rooms, one of them with double bed, and the 3 remaining with 2 single beds. In particular, one of the doubles has large windows for light to be the protagonist of the room. The bedrooms have wardrobes, cradle and the necessary linens.

In addition, we have a laundry where there is washing machine, and several tenders with the respective clothespins.

Outside we have a garden private of 1,000 m² equipped with garden message and barbecue. Here you can enjoy long periods of leisure with your family or with our group of friends. For the summer months we install a mobile pool a plus solarium area with sun loungers.

The village of Mieres is immersed in the Natural Park of La Garrotxa, a natural landscape of the little peninsular that are of volcanic style.
