This rural house is located in Regueral, a small town belonging to the parish of Candás, the most populated of the Asturian council of Carreà ± o, located in the commonwealth of Cabo de Peñas, the northernmost part of the Principality.

It consists of a main house and an apartment, both completely renovated, in the form of bread basket, a building of the area. They are rented in individual and their maximum capacity is 10 people. Your rooms are distributed as follows:

• In the house there are 3 double rooms with a double bed or 2 single beds, which may or may not be separated by a bedside table.
  • As for the Panera, converted into a apartment, it is the ideal place for couples since it has a double room with a double bed. In the Commonwealth of Cabo de Peñas is the council of Carreño. One of its parishes is Candás, in which is the small population of Regueral. The house is located on top of a hill so the views from it are amazing. It is located a few meters from the mountain but only 5 minutes you find the beach. This capital city council is famous for the Festival de Bandes de Gaites Villa de Candás. It is free and has been declared of Regional Tourist Interest. Numerous European formations meet to delight the audience with the rhythm of a bagpipe.

A few meters from the house you can go hiking through the Monte Fuxa. It is a place where fires were once lit to warn the fishermen of the port state.
