Casa Moralejos

Our country house was formerly used for livestock, housing, barn and dryer. is currently rehabilitated after carrying out works, it was inaugurated in 2011.

The rural accommodation is built on 3 floors, is full rental and has capacity for 12 people or 14 (using 2 extra beds) distributed in 6 rooms.

On the ground floor of the house there is the living room, kitchen-dining room, and an outdoor patio.

In the living room we find a wood fireplace in one of its corners. It also has 3 sofas that are placed around the table. Behind one of the sofas there is an old barrel that is used as a game table, which has 2 chairs.

The kitchen-dining room is furnished with a long wooden table, and cabinets at different heights throughout the kitchen. It is also equipped with appliances as a refrigerator and freezer, ceramic hob, etc., and other smaller ones such as microwaves.

In the middle floor is where there are 3 bedrooms and has 2 bathrooms. The 3 rooms are double, furnished and exterior. They have a double bed or single beds. The bathrooms, on the other hand, are complete, and bath towels and hair dryer are included.

On the top floor of the house there are other 3 rooms, which are also double, all of them attic.

On the outside of the house there is an interior patio furnished with garden furniture, a terrace with solarium y shower and views of the Sierra. A barbecue is also available.

The rural house is located at Morales,, a La Rioja town in the Oja Valley. In addition, from the village you can see the Sierra de Cantabria, border with the Autonomous Community of the same name.

Outside the town, in other nearby municipalities you can visit up to 3 castles of the thirteenth, fourteenth and sixteenth centuries, or monasteries, and even in Ezcaray, is of cultural interest its historic center.

Another point in favor of the town is its proximity to the ski resort of Valdezcaray.
