Casa Mudayyan

This rural house is located in Coca de Alba, a Salamanca municipality. The house has been recently renovated to accommodate current needs but respecting the original structure and architecture, which is more than 100 years old with a large Castilian patio, typical of the constructions of the time in this area of ​​the country.
It is a house with 2 floors, of which the upper one is with an attic. It consists of 6 bedrooms with capacity for 10 people. The garden is about a farm of more than 200 square meters. Here you will find barbecue area with a large table to eat, garden and pool.
The spa (additional cost) has a Jacuzzi with capacity for 6 people, color-changing lighting and a shower. There is also the possibility of enjoying some treatments such as massages, waxing or lymphatic drainage.
The interior of the house consists of:

• 6 double rooms with double or single beds, 9 in total. Each room has a different decoration including one with children's motifs. They all have wooden or sloping ceilings and the bedding you will need for the time you spend there.

• Un hall quite spacious with handcrafted wooden furniture and a guest book so you can tell us about your experience.

• Un living-dining room with a dining table and sofas and armchairs so that you feel comfortable while you watch television. The ceilings are vaulted like traditional houses from the time the house is built.

• A independent kitchen with fireplace fully equipped with kitchenware, appliances and crockery, so that you can cook your favorite recipes there.

• Attic with living room and stretcher table that includes children's play area. Thus, the little ones will also be delighted in the house.

• Of the 2 bathrooms, the bathtub, in the shape of a semi-moon, and the shower with a screen, both with whirlpool function, stand out. There is also a toilet.

The house is perfect for families with children who like to enjoy the tranquility of the farm, without leaving the urban area. For groups of friends is also ideal, since the terrain allows you to enjoy a good time with friends. You can also come with your pet, since it is allowed to stay in the patio-garden.

The house is located in Coca de Alba, a town in the province of Salamanca, in which there have been many traces of the different cultures that have inhabited it throughout history, since its foundation in Roman times. Of all this heritage, stands out the church of the Mudejar style town.
Near the house we also find the Margañán River where you can enjoy its wide vegetation and its diversity of animal species while you walk through the forest that surrounds the road.
The area in general is very green, since it is a cereal growing area and its irrigation invades the area offering green landscapes in which it will be very easy to disconnect from day to day.
Salamanca is just over half an hour from our town. It is a city where the art and the water are predominant. Both the historic center and its monuments - churches, convents, universities, palaces - are worth seeing. Part of the walls and towers are still preserved, and even a cave.
