Casa Mulata

We put at your disposal this rural house located at Calasparra, a town belonging to the province of Murcia.

It is of recent construction and of only one plant; with a total capacity for 9 people, spread over 4 rooms:

• A room with 3 single beds and a window that makes it very bright.
• A room with 2 separate single beds.
• Two rooms with double bed and decorated with headboard and dressing table.

In addition, you can enjoy the living room with wood fireplace y sofas in front of it. In the comdor area there is a table that can be opened to fit more people at lunchtime. The kitchen, which has everything you need for the stay, has wardrobes at various heights, and appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc.

The rural accommodation is surrounded by an olive orchard and has a garden with pool. The pool is surrounded by hedges to make it a little more intimate, and has metal stairs to enter the water.

Also outside the house there is a porch for lunch or dinner, and very close to here there is a barbecue area and wood oven. Two kitchen areas are covered.

The youngest can be entertained in the playground with swings and slide, or with the activities for children that we organize with prior request.

The whole house is equipped with heating.

There is the possibility of parking the vehicle inside the house.

In addition, admits animals.

Calasparra is located in the basin of the Segura river, dominated by the landscape of rice fields.

The town is located between the S and Puerto del Molino,, so you will be surrounded on all sides by trees and beautiful views. XX
The raudal has formed in this area the Cannons of Almadenes, one of our jewels that has been denominated as a protected space.

In addition, Calasparra has the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Hope, seventeenth century.

In the P laza of the Corredería we set up on the 2nd Sunday of every month a street market of handmade products.

The rice is the star product of this place, because it has denomination of origin and is the basis of local gastronomy.
