This accommodation is located in the municipality of Playa Honda, on the island of Lanzarote.

Close to the coast, it is the perfect place for a quiet vacation without giving up the comfort of your home. With a modern style, this house offers you a multitude of advantages for you to enjoy with your companions in the idyllic setting of the Canary Islands.

With a maximum of 6 people, it is an accommodation of 1 level and 110 m2 that are divided into:

• 3 Bedrooms with a modern style and great luminosity . One of them is presided over by 1 king size bed and has flat screen television, while the other two remaining contain each 2 single beds.

All rooms include nightstands next to the beds and 1 fan, for the hottest days. They are also equipped with sheets and cot on request, for the little ones.

When it comes to storing clothes, you can do it in the furniture with compartments at your disposal in the rooms or in the spacious closets that are in front of the beds. You have the solution for wrinkles with the iron that we provide.

• 2 Private bathrooms with free toiletries and hot water. So that you don't have to worry about anything, the accommodation provides you with towels. There is also available hair dryer and you have incense as air freshener.

Bathroom 1: equipped with shower and shower mat. In case you need it, it has the plugs next to the mirror. It is decorated in a rustic style and offers a single sink with a mirror .

Bathroom 2: very spacious and sophisticated, also with shower. It is more spacious and has 2 sinks at your disposal with a large mirror, separated from the bathroom area, for greater privacy.

• Modern and complete kitchen. It is equipped with crockery and essential appliances such as the microwave. Meticulous in detail, it also includes spices for dinner and stoves for cooking food. If you prefer tea or coffee, it doesn't matter, because it has both preparation systems. For families, there is also high chair available.

It is an open space, which connects with the rest of the floor of the house. This improves communication and comfort. As an additional point, you have the possibility of private chef service.

• Interior dining room next to the kitchen area. In front of it is the fridge and it also connects to the living room. The room is made up of a large table with comfortable chairs and cushions.

• 1 Living room featuring a long sofa bed facing a flat screen television. It is the ideal place if you need to rest inside the accommodation, since it also includes several premium channels to watch with your companions. Here you have at your disposal some articles to entertain you, such as books.

From the living room you access the bedrooms.

• Outdoor terrace with dining room exterior. You can go out and enjoy the Canarian weather while you prepare a barbecue Or, spend a pleasant time with your company in the rest area next to the main access and in front of the hose.

• The laundry area with washer/dryer. It is equipped and located in a space apart from the rooms, under some windows. This makes it the perfect location to dry your luggage outdoors, as it has a clothesline if you wish.

The whole house has free Wi-Fi with high-speed internet connection and you can enjoy the comforts offered by the accommodation for as long as you want, since it is also suitable for long-term stays.

This is a smoke free space, so is not suitable for smokers.

In case you come by car, don't worry, because the area has a parking space on the street. Oriented towards your tranquility, the entrance to the house is private, which also preserves the privacy of the guests.
