Sourroundings of Casa Norte - Casa Alfonso
graus is a Oscense town in which Aragonese is still preserved as a local language. It is listed as a historical-artistic set since 1975 and in its historic center you can see the Pascasia bridge, built in the twelfth century on Roman remains. This bridge gives entrance to the oldest neighborhood of the town in which the Plaza Mayor is located, which has an irregular pentagon shape.
On the outskirts of this town is a Paleolithic deposit known as the Forcas, in which numerous utensils for daily use have been found, as dishes and tools that are currently in the Archaeological Museum of Huesca.
Following a road that leaves the town is the Buddhist monastery of Dag Shang Kagyu, a temple located in the middle of the forest that is worth approaching even if it is only to appreciate the peace and tranquility that is breathed there.
