Casa Olivo

Our lodging is a rural house located in the Salamanca municipality of Saelices el Chico. It has a capacity for 8 people, although it can be extended to 10. During its restoration its old structure has been preserved. It has the privilege to be based in the urban center, but at the same time be surrounded by nature.

It consists of 4 double rooms with single beds, all separated, and each bedroom with private bathroom. These bathrooms have all the necessary cleaning clothes.

In case you need more beds, there is the possibility of taking 2 extra beds.

It has a spacious living room equipped with:

• Television with DVD.
• Sofas.
• Wooden table.
• Radio device.
• Music equipment in which you can listen to your favorite music from the CDs o good, from a device USB.
• Decorative fireplace.

The kitchen is equipped with appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, etc., and all the kitchenware and appliances necessary.

The country house also has a terrace and a balcony with views of the landscapes of the area.

Outside you can enjoy a wide garden arbolado with furniture, a gazebo under a porch de stone where you can enjoy the barbecue y of football, y one pool large for times of good tiempo.

Saelices the Boy is one of the municipalities of Salamanca that make up the Route of Arribes.

In this area archaeological excavations have been made thanks to which was discovered remains of medieval walls, a Roman villa of the 4th century and other ancient constructions.
