Casa Ordovas

On the outskirts of La Puebla de Albortón is this rural house, ideal for those who like rural tourism for these Aragonese towns for which it seems that time does not pass.

It is an old rehabilitated farmhouse that still conserves the well that was used to supply the house with potable water.

After the entrance patio is the door to this house that can accommodate 8 people and is divided into:

• 4 bedrooms, 2 of them furnished with a double bed and the other 2 with single beds. The bedrooms are decorated with different colors to suit the taste of each guest.

• 2 bathrooms completos located one on each floor. Both have a shower tray.

• A kitchen open to the dining room and very spacious that is fully equipped to provide guests with domestic chores.

• A living room for guests to relax in front of the fireplace enjoying a game, a book or a movie on the television.

• Un stone garden with plants and flowers in which you can enjoy several meals outdoors on outdoor furniture.

• A barbecue area to make succulent grills with all the guests of the house regardless of the weather.

In addition, the house:

• Pets so that all guests can travel with their pets.

• Offers documentation about the area to plan excursions in detail.

Puebla de Albortón is a small town of 138 inhabitants located in the province of Zaragoza, bordering Teruel. It is part of a group of charming villages ideal for a few days surrounded by calm and tranquility. Very close to this area is the Pozo de los Chorros, a lagoon fed by 2 waterfalls that makes the Manubles River. It is ideal for excursions or even bathing, weather permitting.

Another excursion that can be done in the area is the Volcano of Moneva, also known as the espartera pot. It is a mountain that has a less peculiar shape, achieved after centuries of erosion. To reach the top, you can go up a 300-meter-long path. At the top there is a viewpoint from which to contemplate wonderful views of the valley.

At the foot of this mountain and on the banks of the Moyuela River you can find numerous Jurassic fossils that will delight scientists and children. Among the fossils that can be found are ammonites and brachiopods.
