This house is located in the small complex of Casas La Artiga , a set of Centenary buildings near olba, in Teruel, in which it is possible to live tranquility, feel pure air and listen only to the sound of the water.

The house, structured in 3 plants, has the following rooms and comforts:

• 3 double bedrooms with 2 beds and possibility of supplementary each, decorated with care respecting the original materials in a very pleasant way and with all the furniture that may be needed. In addition, 2 of them have a terrace with noon sun and views of the forest.

• The lounge has a beautiful Nordic firewood stove to be warm and relax on the sofas while chatting or watching a movie in the television . It has a direct exit to the patio that fills the stay of light.

• The dining room, adjacent to the living room, has a huge table and capacity for large groups of up to 22 people.

• The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and is not missing space since it is intended to cook for many, including washing machine and dishwasher.

• The house tells Don 2 full bathrooms with dryer of hair to your disposal.

• The room stove has hot air exits to the rooms.

• The patio will surely become one of your favorite corners. All stone, has barbecue with porch and a little table to enjoy it under the stars of the forest.

• At the entrance of the house, a garden that merges with the mountain is ideal for breakfast or read a book.

• On the second floor, we have a sunny diaphanous room with large windows ideal for workshops, courses or retreats.

The narrow of the Mijares River, a place of community interest where our houses are, is a magical corner of the Sierra de Gúdar that will delight nature lovers. These are little known and frequented places with paths that are lost between ravines, ditches and rocks from which to enjoy views and pure air.

For a more rural visit, the small town of olba, a few kilometers, offers a pleasant walk and among its streets we will find some monuments of interest such as the City Council, the church of Santa Catalina, its old hospital or the bridge of Carlos IV on the Mijares river. No doubt a good place to forget about the clock and feel the real tranquility.
