Casa Petita

Our rural house is in Cassàs de la Selva ( Girona ), although it is isolated from the urban area for total tranquility.

It is a stone house, typical Catalan style, with wooden windows and a very rustic look.

The accommodation has 3 bedrooms, so the capacity is for 6 people. However, thanks to the spacious rooms, there is the possibility of placing an extra bed.

The construction is divided into 2 floors. There is a spacious living room which constitutes a lovely stay. It has a wood fireplace as a key piece of the stay and, around it, there are several very large armchairs. There is also television with player DVD and a collection of games table. There is a dining area, with stove, very cozy.

The kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, but also another type of kitchenware, such as TV and music chain. Still on the ground floor, there is a beautiful, rustic style bathroom with a sink on a restored wooden countertop.

As you climb the stairs, you have the 3 rooms:

• A double bedroom with private access to a bathroom.
• 2 double bedrooms, with single beds.
• A common bathroom, to share among the rest of guests.

Outside, there is an extensive garden with lawn. At the entrance of the house there is a terrace , style porch, roofed and with wooden furniture.

In addition to enjoying the large plot, you can also go to the house next door, which is also ours, where there is a pool fantástica. This room is shared by the rest of the guests of that accommodation.

The decoration is quite modern, but with simple lines. However, what is the infrastructure of the house, has tried to preserve as faithfully as possible. In this way, an original and very attractive set is created.

Also, if you want, you can come with your pet.

Our house is away from the village, from Càssas de la Selva. In fact, it is halfway between this municipality and Sant Andreu Salou. It is an indoor area, but very well located to have everything within reach without losing the tranquility of the field.

It is only 16 kilometers from the Costa Brava, Tossa de Mar or Sant Feliu de Guíxols. You can also get close to Lloret de Mar or Palamós. Anyway, it does not matter which one you decide, the whole coastline of the area is worth it: it has cliffs, rocky beaches, white sand ...

More towards the mountain, you have the Natural Park of Montseny and the Sierra de Cadiretes. If you do not dare with such difficult routes, you can also go greenways and paths to walk.

Girona is very close to the house too, at 8 kilometers. There you find the cathedral, one of the most impressive for its dimensions, and the walls of the Carolingian era.

The thermal baths of Caldes de Malavella, built by the Romans and now you can enjoy yourself, are 4 kilometers away.
