If you are looking for a place to stay with the authentic rural essence of Mallorca, do not overlook this incredible country house with its rural house in the heart of the Mallorcan countryside.
It is located in Pollença, in a quiet area with incredible landscapes in the direction of the Serra de Tramuntana, and where you can enjoy a fantastic stay with the only background noise of nature.
The house is made of stone, from traditional style to old country houses, with great charm, and has space for eight people in total. If you travel with your family, especially with children, they will enjoy the beauty outside the house.
One of the areas of exterior is the large pool, with great views of the countryside, and surrounded by a spacious solarium with sun loungers, while at the entrance of the house, you will find a fantastic porch equipped with furniture, in addition from barbecue, where you can enjoy good meals outdoors.
In the interior of the house also se maintains its rustic essence, since, although more modern comforts are introduced, its decoration has typical elements.
On the ground floor we can find, as soon as we enter the house, a large room with two environments: the living room, with several sofas upholstered in black leather that meet in front of the television screen while on the opposite side of the room, we find the dining room, with a rustic table.
Another room on this floor is the kitchen, also with a traditional decoration and perfectly equipped , also having a table for breakfast.

The remaining rooms on the ground floor are a complete bathroom plus a laundry room.

From the dining room we access, through the stairs, to the upper floor, where the five rooms of the house are located, which have, except for one, with a double bed. The remaining room includes a pair of beds.

On the upper floor, there is also the second bathroom of the house, and, in addition, we can find the access to a wonderful terrace with amazing views.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Pollença is located on the island of Mallorca and is a place where tradition and modernity go hand in hand.
The explanation for this is due to, within the same locality, having two distinct population nuclei. In the interior area we find the town, and it is here where the traditions and the local architecture endure over time, and where any traveler can soak up the Mallorcan rural essence.
