With the ability to accommodate a maximum 4 people, it is intended to go to family or with a couple of friends.

The house makes available to guests all the necessary comforts so that they feel like in their own home. 

• The cuisine, is broad and is fully equipped with appliances of the latest generation to give the maximum facilities to the tenants. The household utensil, as well as the necessary utensils for cooking, are stored in wooden drawers and cabinets that are arranged in this space. With marble countertop, which sneaks the hobble, is wide and arranged ending at a table that has stools.

• The living room, with stone walls, is made up of a wooden table that gives a seat to 4 people. In addition, a sofa in front of a small table on a beautiful carpet. The flat television, together with the dvd, become an alternative of audiovisual entertainment perfect for those rest days. It is a very illuminated stay thanks to its windows, which let the natural light pass from abroad.

• 2 double bedrooms, one of them has a marriage bed and the remaining with 2 individual beds. Its walls, in clear tones, give a warm atmosphere to space. Both rooms have bedside tables and cabinets so that tenants can save their belongings. 

• The bathroom is complete and is shared for the 2 bedrooms. It is composed of a shower with a screen, also making guests, the cleaning products, towels and hair dryer. 

The exterior of the house is formed by a wide garden surrounding the stone building. In this space there is a small Huerta as well as a barbecue, ideal to make a special meal with the best meats in the area. 

For the days of good weather, there are several sun loungers to relax while sunbathing enjoying a quiet environment.

In addition, there is a parking area so that tenants can leave their vehicles in a safe area and do not have to worry about anything.

200 meters from the Balarés Beach is located is Galician rural house. In the province of a Coruñ a and a few kilometers from the municipality of ponteceso. The villages of the area usually base their economy mostly on fishing, agriculture and livestock.
